  1. Hi Marianne, I read this, and saw some related video clips that came up. The truth is very uncomfortable about what is in the process of happening in our country right now. But, I (and my wife) would like to light a candle rather than stay isolated and curse the coming darkness. We live just East of Los Angeles. I think there are many Christians who are disconnected around here- from God, and from each other. We would like to actually talk, have dialogue about the Bible, pray, worship, and have personal fellowship locally- with people who want to follow Jesus FIRST, listen to the voice of Jesus FIRST, and grow to become more like JESUS. (not follow Paul first, listen to Paul first, and try to “be like Paul”.) If you or some people you know are interested to connect, please let us know. Sincerely following Jesus, Matthew & Kumi Perri 323-246-4665 1661 Neil Armstrong St. #132 Montebello CA 90640 http://TheOrchardChristianChurch.blogspot.com Date: Sun, 25 Aug 2013 14:49:00 +0000 To: matthewmontebello@hotmail.com

    • Hello Matthew, what do you mean by dividing Jesus and Paul, there is only one Gospel and Jesus after he rose taught his Apostles for forty days told them to go and teach what they had just been taught, so the apostles Doctrine is The gospel of Jesus Christ, Paul And the Other Apostles gave each other the right Hand of Fellowship.

But if you can find the time to explain what you mean because I have heard people saying that before? I have noticed at times That Jesus is teaching the Law. Mat 23:23 for example he is telling the pharisees what they should have done if they thought they were able to be just before God, i think other times he was doing the same, such as when he said ‘Be Ye Perfect’ I have been pondering this for a while now.

Acts 1:3-5 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
