I agree. I meant only that the Arabs are physical descendants of Ishmael, who was a physical son of Abraham. They do not inherit the promises, but God was merciful enough to bless them.

The bible indicates that the Antichrist will be Assyrian. However, Jews do live everywhere. Also, consider that Israel is FORCED into peace agreements.

They do not voluntarily give up land for peace, and submit to terrorist demands. They are forced politically, in order to keep receiving aid from the US.

The bible never said they would be WILLING to submit to any Antichrist, only that there would be a covenant that is broken. Covenants with terrorists have always been broken by the terrorists.

I stand to be corrected and please help me here if I am wrong. You stated that “Abraham is the father of the Arabs too” Now, Ishmael might be a son of Abraham, but not ‘the’ son of Abraham. In Genesis 17, when God renewed the covenant with Abraham, God did not mentioned anything about Ishmael being blessed…Abraham is the one who insisted upon God giving a blessing to Ishmael. God said I have blessed him too, but the promise is unto Isaac. In God’s original plan, there was never an Ishmael, disobedient and fear (lack of faith) caused this. Abraham is the father of all those who accepts the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, which extends to the church today. So it is quite possible that the anti-christ will rise from that region. Another thing is, why I believe that the anti-christ will be Jewish is that the Jews will not accept an outsider someone not from their culture and beliefs. For they to be misled, the anti-christ will have to practice Jewish laws and know their culture and everything. Jews do not accept outsiders and far more to be led by them. I don’t think so. Another is when the anti-christ will profane the temple of God. He cannot do that if he had no access to it in the first place. I strongly believe it will be a Jew.

The source of the confusion is the TRADITION that someone started…..that the tribulation is 7 years.

Jesus never says this, the bible never says this.

the 7 years comes from Daniels’ last week.

The tribulation, or Jacob’s trouble is only 3 1/2 years, or 42 months. Jesus said he would return after this time.

the rapture is not the return of Jesus…..because we are caught up in the air to meet him in the clouds….he does not come back to earth yet

jesus only returns to earth once…and that is after the 42 months.

the conflict originates in the definitions of “tribulation”…if the definitions are clear, Jesus only comes once, and that is after the 42 months.

the entire 70th week is a different discussion.

There are so many questions people are asking out there. It’s very confusing and I wanted to be solid ground. It’a puzzle; Daniel, Matthew 24, Theasolonians and the Book of Revelelation.

He writes at the beginning of this book:

“How do you explain the different beliefs? Here’s his over-simplified analysis of the situation. Christians and their beliefs about the end times fall into three general categories: 10 Many Christians believe that christ will return before the tribulation because they believe what good bible teachers have told them, not through personal knowledge of the bible, 2) Other Christians who have studied the Bible more see some problems and have come to believe that we will go through the tribulation before Christ returns, and 30 Christians who study the bible deeper yet discover a wonderful harmony in the Bible and thank god that believers will not go through the tribulation after all.” ” He states: If your Bibl study has mad you question pre-trib beliefs, then he’s glad. Glad because you’re in the Bible”

I’ve been getting exposed to other beliefs and I was starting to question the Pre-trib stance. He has great time lines in this book on line. He gives all the arguments too of the different stances: Pre, Mid, Post trib.

From what I have learned so far we can start counting and know the day Christ returns when the abomintion of desolation is committed if we’re still here: In the midst of the week begins the three and one half year countdown. He gives a lot of good diagrams and time lines: 3 1/2 years = 42 months=1260 days So we have to have a “Temple”. So the question is: Are we still here to see this? I don’t believe so, but I’ve just started on this study. I highly recommend it for those of you who have a lot of questions.

Thses videos bother me, because people start looking at us as foolish when our prediction don’t turn out. But then they get you studying too!
