Prayer for single women
****I have noticed people searching for this prayer, so I have included it here for their convenience. It is not something I prepared, but I offer it as a courtesy. Single women have much to offer the body of Christ, and need spiritual support to fulfill their unique mission.

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I come boldly before Your throne of grace confessing Your Word over my life as a single Christian.
I pray that You would help me to live a Godly life as a single Christian – a life that is holy, sanctified and set aside for the Master’s use, and prepared for Your good work.
I confess Your word, that as a single Christian, my life is crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live; yet it’s not I that live, but it’s Christ that lives in and through me; and the life which I now live in the flesh as a single Christian, I live it by faith, power and strength of the Son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Father, You said that You would not leave us alone, but You promised to send us the Comforter. I pray therefore, that You would fellowship with me daily through the Comforter of the Holy Spirit.
I pray that while I am single, may You be the One to whom I am married. Lord, when I get lonely, may You, through the Holy Spirit, be the One who comforts my heart. May You be unto me as a close friend that sticks closer than any brother. When I need someone to talk to, may I also find comfort, as well as pleasure in talking to You. And as I talk to You, may You speak continually back to my heart, and may You be my daily companion who keeps me company, as You walk with me each and everyday.
I pray that You would give me Godly friends and acquaintances that will be an encouragement to me to live for, love and serve You with all of my heart, soul, strength, and might. And, keep me away from those who would draw my heart away from You and draw me into idleness, worldliness, carnalness or ungodly situations or relationships.
Your Word says that You are able to keep me from falling and present me faultless with exceeding great joy. I pray, therefore, that You would help me to keep watch of the eveil one in my life. Father, as a single Christian, help me not to be drawn or lured into sexual temptation, and keep me from falling into fornication, adultery or any other sexual sin, immorality or perversion.
By the power and strength of the Holy Spirit, I pray that You would also keep me from each and every satanic spirit of seduction. May You help me to flee youthful lust, keep me from compromising situations, and help me to avoide the very appearance of evil.
Father, help me to not allow the devil to confom my mind to see the single Christian life as one that is broing, incomplete or unfulfilling. I pray that through Christ Jesus, You help me to see my life as joyous, exciting and fully complete. I pray that You would fill every empty and lonely place of my heart with excitement in You and Your work. And may You always be the center of my joy, as You strengthen and renew my heart in You each and every day.
I pray that You would help me to be continually occupied doing Your work and Your will. Help me not to allow my mind to be consumed with the desire or want for a mate, but rather, consumed with You, Your Word, doing Your will, and pleasing You. And help me to keep my eyes, as well as my heart and mind stayed upon You.
Now Father, i thank You that my heart safely rests in You, Your provisions and Your loving arms of care. And may You continually be all of my fulfillment, my desire and completeness. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, AMEN.

Thank you. Remember God’s word indicates that married women are devoted to their husbands, and need to put their attention on them first, but the single women puts all her attention on God. So single women have a very important role in the kingdom.

God bless you. Remember the bible says that a single woman puts God first, while a married woman is concerned about pleasing her husband. Enjoy the relationship if you are single. The Lord is your bridegroom and you are his bride.

I tank you so much for that prayer. I have lost who I am by wanting so deeply the desires of a mate. God has brought me so fair that I know that there is no room for anything else but him in my life. When the time is right he will share me with his gift and noot my own want. I thank God for that prayer. It has encouraged me even more. I am waiting on the Lord, and having a close relationship with Him by reading His word, worship and praise and much prayer. It get’s hard sometimes, but well worth it.

Not too sure about that. I am a single Christian and I would dearly love to have someone to share this journey with. Someone to encourage me and vice versa. It’s very hard in this world to be a single Christian coming up against non-believers. I get so upset that I can’t talk to a lot of people about God, hell,
the rapture, the tribulation, Heaven etc and having someone to talk with and support me would be great.

Fellow people of the book (Christians and Jews). The comforter whom Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) talked about already came and binded with us forever. He is the final Prophet, of Holy Spirit as all other Prophets (David, Solomon, Lot, Job, Moses, Jesus, etc.). Jesus used to Worship the Lord of the worlds. So did all the prophets including the final Prophet and the Messenger, Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). Worship the God of the worlds who created the heavens and the earth and all that is within them. Seek refuge from worshipping the prophets as they will deny anyone who ascribes them a parter with God Alone.
And in John 14:5-14 Jesus tells us that He is the only way to the Father (creator of the universe/G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob).
Jesus the Way to the Father
Book of John chapter 14:5Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
6Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7If you really knew me, you would knowb my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

The bible clearly says the comforter is the Holy Ghost ( Holy Spirit).
Jesus speaks in this passage:
So it is not a man, like Mohammed.
Also, the comforter comes in the name of Jesus, and Mohammed did not do this either.

You see, Islam is the church of Satan trying to destroy Israel. You will not convert those whom the real comforter, the Holy Ghost, resides in for we are protected by the one true God Yahweh, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (AKA Israel). His name is NOT ALLAH!
If by some means your Eyes are opened to see this truth, Then you will repent and come out of Satans church.

For some reason, intimacy by physical touch or audible voice does not come with our personal relationship with the Lord. This aspect leaves us lonely. Having a pet sometimes can help the physical touch aspect in a small way.
Intimacy by communion of spirit can and does come with our personal relationship with the Lord. Speaking from personal experience, marriage cannot match the inter-twining of Holy Spirit speaking into my spirit, inside my head. With all the effort I made to merge thoughts with my spouse, each to clearly read the other’s mind, it just has never happened. Very different with the Lord though. He places his thoughts in our mind, and we to him.
Indeed it is very difficult to raise children without the godly influence of two Christian parents. World society is hemorrhaging. So many lonely godly women! So many lonely godly men! So many children desiring to have two godly parents! So many hearts in pain that Jesus sees.
I pray for each of you my sisters in the Lord, that He speak ever so more clearly to you. That way you can openly ask him When? and Why? and Who? and How? that soul mate is for you, so that you will hear his voice SO clearly that your soul will find peace in your Lord’s voice. Amen.

Oh..Thank-u for this beautiful prayer!…that’s what i needed,since Iv’e been single my whole life so far(37 now) I get sad & lonely and wonder why people don’t like me back.and I admit sometimes I am lustful & think of sex,but then later feel guilty.so I thanku for posting this.I felt like it was meant for me,as alot of others probably have to.
