Constitution Free Zone

According to the government, it  is a 100-mile wide strip that wraps around the “external boundary” of the United States.

As a result of this claimed authority, individuals who are far away from the border, American citizens traveling from one place in America to another, are being stopped and harassed in ways that our Constitution does not permit.

What we found is that fully TWO-THIRDS of the United States’ population lives within this Constitution-free or Constitution-lite Zone.   That’s 197.4 million people who live within 100 miles of the US land and coastal borders.

According to legal precedent, the Fourth Amendment — the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures — does not apply along the border. By the way, the government contends the Fourth-Amendment-Free Zone stretches 100 miles inland from the nation’s actual border.

The courts, however, are not on the ACLU’s side — and have regularly ruled that the Fourth Amendment’s protections don’t extend to the border area, airport screening or even to laptops at the border.

Thoughts

America, and the rest of the world, will be judged, according to scripture.

When judgment comes, it seems to come in “thirds.”

Here is where 2/3 is killed:

“…in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein” (Zechariah 13:8).

Here is a verse where 1/3 is killed.

“For their power is in their mouths, and in their tails; for their tails were like serpents, and had heads…and out of their mouths issued fire, and smoke and brimstone…by these three was the third part of men killed….” (Revelation 9:19, 18)

Now we see 2/3 of America separated off as constitution free (law free, or by definition, lawless) zones.

This means anyone who lives in these areas has no legal rights.

I do not remember the American people being given a change to vote on this.

But we must remember that the world is being set up for the lawless one of the end times.

…7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way.

8Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;

9that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders,…

2 Thess: 7 – 9

So, where there is law, it must be suspended, and government must have total control over the people, to enforce policies of the antichrist.

It may be concluded, then, that since lawlessness has become “legal,” that the lawlessness one is here.
