Secret Things

Are yours good or evil?

–

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:

Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

For God shall bring every work into judgment,

with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Eccles 12: 13-14

Commandments of YHVH God are rules for acceptable behavior

God is fair.

He has made it clear as to what is right and wrong.

The 10 commandments are the foundation for the other behaviors, which are given in Deuteronomy.

Especially, the “2 greatest commandments;”

If we follow His ways, we are blessed.

If we rebel against His ways, we are cursed. (Deut. 28)

Omniscience of God, and Judgements

Man tends to forget that YHVH God knows everything, whether He makes a public or prophetic statement about specific issues, or not.

He reveals the deep and secret things: he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. Dan 2:22

For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither anything hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. Luke 8:17

We cannot hide our behavior from the Almighty.

There is no place we can go to avoid Him or His watchfulness and observation.

We cannot escape His judgement.

WE will be judged, on both the good and bad that we do.

YHVH God has established His commandments, and made them known, so that we have guidelines as to how to think and behave.

Choose Good over Evil

When we do choose good, we are in harmony with YHVH God and nature, and especially ourselves.

We will feel peace in our spirit.

To choose evil is to disrupt our spirits, and cause a chasm between God and ourselves.

Even nature seems to oppose us.

No Compromise

Many people are satisfied, and accepting, of “grey” in God’s world of black (darkness) and white (light) behavior.

However, truth cannot be compromised in the eyes of God.

Truth and holiness are opposite of Sin.

There is no common ground between black and white, darkness and light.

Civil laws allow sin to abound, making black and grey acceptable for people.

But they do not erase the sin, the condemnation, and the authority of God.

Unholy civil laws just deceive people.

This world has horrible evils: sex trafficking, slavery, murders, lies, fornications, sexual perversion, devil worship and human sacrifice, mind control, etc.

All those who choose the path of evil will be destroyed.

Check Yourselves

You are responsible for your own behavior.

God will not let you blame others for what you choose to do.

Read YHVH God’s commandments and guidelines.

Obey God.

Reject Evil.

If you are doing something wrong, stop it, and correct yourself.

If you have secret sins, God will know, even if people don’t know.

Secret sins are usually the worst ones.

They are like a cancer, eating you up.

Stop or die in hell forever.

Make a holy choice.

Secret things can be good as well.

The time of prayer before God is a holy time, and the private place of prayer is our secret place with Him.

When no one sees us, God sees us before Him, seeking His presence and inspiration.

He sees us, pouring our hearts out to Him.

What we lovingly do in secret with him will be rewarded with many blessings.
