U.S. Debt Clock and Others

This is just America.  See what other countries look like.

In America, as of this date, this is a tax burden of $140,000 for each person.

All due to irresponsible spending of the government.

And people still think they do not need a Savior.

But someday soon they will look to one, but they will choose poorly, and select the Antichrist as Savior, while rejecting God’s Son.

Mystery Babylon is a world wide economic system, and it will fall soon.

Man cannot save anyone from this, no matter what magic tricks are up his sleeves.

Only God in Heaven saves, through His Son, Jesus /Yeshua.

“Come to me all you who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

  1. Marianne – I thought our debt was over 18B, yes, the site is a clickin’ away.

One of the things I dislike about this season is all the hurried-ness that so many feel to purchase “stuff” for others, and the commercialism to put that pressure on. Years ago my family made a commitment to each other that each year we would take the amount of money we would have spent on each other, and give it to our own community’s needs. However we saw that.

Time with each other is more important that unwrapping gifts on a certain day. So many people are also spiritually “spent” that there is no joy left for them.

A Savior, indeed, can not come soon enough.

    • denise

I totally agree. We put ourselves in debt and then elect people who do the same thing to us. the spirit of debt is a real spirit

  2. 8% growth for one year (or 2% growth for four years ) covered the debt interest. It is a hoax to justify austerity on the poor.

    • Steve – You may be right, I know numbers can be manipulated. I have never really understood global economics except to know that “something’s wrong with this picture.” To me, world economics is just one big ponzi scheme with unreal or non money being floated. Nobody ever has it, it is always in transit from somewhere to somewhere.

  3. Dear Marianne,
I am so grateful you have posted this…..being together….even food to
eat…a roof overhead and not homeless….having Jesus in Your Heart
and His Great Love, Mercy and Compassion and Salvation helping those
in need is what it is all in all….Knowing Jesus is coming back soon
just as the prophets have fortold, many already fulfilled…So close…
There was a story I had watched on the u-tube : What does a homeless
man do with $100…….The story made my Christmas….It touched my
Heart….Brought tears to my eyes….there was no need for shopping
here, for when there are no funds, we are grateful Jesus Birth and
focus on the Savior…..and for what we have….Grateful and Thankful
I have a handicapped Son and He is such a Blessing in my Life…
Be grateful for Health…it is such a gift…I’m Grateful my fingers work
so I can type this message….for this site you have here and to be able
to read and write…..God Bless You Marianne, for this site and
for You and Others Here, to gather to read and to write and share
    with one another…….

  4. Marianne, Thankyou for responding and yes, it is such a beautiful
heartfelt story of giving and sharing and caring, especially knowing
as the gift was given and how He immediately thought of others
and to hear of Him Caring for His Dad and Mom and ending up
as He did Homeless…Speaks of many others in this nation we
hear so little about…..with all of the foreclosures since 2008
and the economic crash I have so often thought of them and the
news just seems to not cover about those families…..

With the Debt of Our Nation, somehow I believe this maybe
for the set up of the One World Economic System, the One World
Government, and the One World Religion being set in place….
With the drying up of the Euphrates from Revelation as was
spoken of and all of the eyes on the middle east…..I often wonder
is this why the Debt for the set up?

Just some thoughts to share about it……

Thankyou for your kindness towards my Son and I….
What is so very hard is His Dad went MIA concerning Him
and this breaks my Heart for Him more so…..I try to be
both, that is difficult in itself….I am always reassuring Him
of Jesus Love for Him and of God’s Love for Him….
    Welcome all Prayers…..
So Grateful for Your Site….Thankyou Marianne for responding
So Blessed to be able to be here with others who Love Jesus

I had to raise 2 children by myself. I appreciate what you are going through.

      • Carol – I so enjoy going on Marianne’s boards and meeting up with people like you. Regardless of our circumstances (and it sounds like you have had so many challenges) all of us here can gather around our love for God and for our Lord and Savior. Here it doesn’t matter what we have or don’t have, what matters is what we hold in our hearts. So sorry to hear your son’s father went MIA concerning Him. When those who choose leave Him, sometimes they find, in fact He did not leave them. There are many prayers around these boards.

        • Dear Denise,

It is so nice of You to write and share and to know I also can

We are living I do believe without a shadow of doubt in the
end times, as others have also expressed to me and feel
the same…..The book of Daniel sealed up was to be
revealed in the last Days as each seal is opened…..
The signs would also be in the Heavens there were two
Christmas comets…..BP Earth Watch, shares of this also

  5. Thank you Carol for sharing your life & thoughts into the lives’ of others. We have so much to give thanks praise & for, even in our dependent afflictions.

Just studying poor in spirit applies to those of us who our complete reliance is on our Redeemer.
Here, “poor” is translated from ptochos, which literally means “to crouch or cower as one helpless.” It signifies the beggar, the pauper, one in abject poverty.
    Matt. 5:3
Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

At first “poor” simply indicated to be in material need, to be in poverty. Gradually, its usage spread to other areas besides economics to indicate people in weakness, frailty, feebleness, fragility, dependence, subservience, defenselessness, affliction, and distress. The poor were people who recognized their utter helplessness before what life had dealt them. They recognized that nothing within their power solved their weak state, thus they would eagerly reach out to others for assistance in rising out of their situation, as a beggar would.

Eventually, the word took on spiritual overtones because some began to perceive that these afflicted people often had no refuge but God. Thus David, a person we would not consider as defenseless, nonetheless says of himself in a situation where he felt only God could deliver him,

“This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles” (Psalm 34:6).

***Much above taken from the Berean studies.

    • Dear Susan,
Thankyou so very much for the scriptures and writing this…I have heard
of the Berean studies and do not know much about them but Your
writing is exactly where I am and this writing is just what I needed
to read….Pslam 91 has always been a favorite of mine to hold on too
and You took the time to write and explain this to me so well.
It is so nice to meet You Susan and so grateful You have taken the
      time to write…..

The Peace that passes all understanding in Our Hearts Minds and Spirits
comes to mind in the storms of this life….I do Love the Song
His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches over me…..

Such a comfort here….Feelings of Caring
      God Bless You Susan

    😉

    • Thank you Denise for the link.

The Lord bless you richly dear sister.

I am very thank full for you & all you are here.

      In Jesus Love with prayers,

      Susan 😉

    • thank you susan for being here. it is a blessing to have such wonderful people coming to this site. it makes the site a “living body” instead of a dead site full of words.

  8. Now back to the news….

“According to Open Doors USA, an organization that seeks to prevent Christian persecution, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen are in the top 10 violators of Christianity. In terms of global persecution of Christians, Open Doors noted 322 Christians are murdered each month for simply being Christian, 214 Christian properties are destroyed and violence affects 772″…

Melancholy, frustration, outrage, deep pessimism, shock and exasperation seem to be the dominant themes when experts discuss the plight of Christians in the Middle East. Western policy makers and politicians have failed to mobilize the raw energy of their capitalist economies to stop jihadi attempts to wipe out Christians.

“I’m not very hopeful that things will get much better.

We will continue to see things that shock us in the year ahead. Next year may even be worse than 2014,” said Van Zile” (Benjamin Weinthal, Jerusalem Post).
