When the flock becomes the prey

Unprotected sheep will die.   The beast is coming.

Eze 34:8

[As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because [there was] no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;

Eze34:10

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I [am] against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

Israel’s ancient history

When Israel’s leaders – both government and religious – were only in power for themselves, and used their offices for self advancement, the people were neglected and left uninformed and unprotected.

The main job of government is to protect the people and to inform them of issues relevant to their welfare and safety.

Israel failed, and its enemies were able to invade. The people were ignorant and unprepared, and ended up defeated, and in bondage to their enemies (left as “meat for the beasts of the field.”)

The same thing is happening today – in world governments and in the church.

The general population is asleep to what will occur next in this world. It knows there are some economic issues, but that is all. It tends to focus on TV shows, and good feeling sermons from its pastors.

Unless they wake up, they will die.

Dream from Arizona sent to me, which coincided with this message:

Man standing right outside his truck, with door open, leaning on the window area, looking out. It is a warm, sunny, springtime or summertime day.

He sees a beautiful green pasture on rolling hills with about 50 sheep about 500 feet in the distance.

They are clean, healthy, beautiful white sheep, and he is admiring them against the backdrop of the beautiful pasture and rolling hills.

The sheep have their heads down, eating the tall green grass in the sunshine.

He then hears a noise to his right.

Suddenly, a giant, black water buffalo emerges, with his horns pointed straight toward the sheep.

He charges at them, grabs each sheep by the neck with his mouth, and shakes them violently until he kills them.

He does this to about 6-7 sheep in the flock.

–

The sheep are crying out as they are killed.

The rest of the flock are oblivious, and keep grazing on the grass. They are not alarmed, and do not run away from this killer.

Their unresponsiveness, as well as the killing itself, is a shock to the man.

–

Suddenly, again, the man hears a second noise behind him.

There is the sound of the same killing noise over another hill.

He turns around and looks.

He hears more sheep being destroyed

While he is listening, a second giant, black water buffalo which has been attacking the second flock appears, and he has a sheep in his mouth, and he is shaking it violently in his mouth in order to kill it.

The second buffalo then sees the man, and drops the sheep. He charges toward the man.

The man realizes he is in danger, and jumps in his truck to escape.

He has trouble starting his engine, and the buffalo is charging closer by the second.

The dream ends as the man is frantically trying to start his engine, and the buffalo is approaching.

Observations about the dream

There are 2 flocks of sheep.

There are 2 water buffaloes, which were more specifically identified as Cape water buffaloes from Africa. These are the most dangerous killers in Africa.

–

One group has about 50 sheep.

The second group has an unknown number of sheep, but it is obviously still a flock of sheep.

The sheep are white. The buffaloes are black.

–

There is no shepherd.

There are no watch dogs.

The attacks are a surprise on sheep that are unaware of their surroundings.

–

The sheep are not paying attention to the attacks in their own herd.

It is late spring, or earl y summer.

The areas have large rolling hills and pastures. There are no deserts or trees.

Thoughts about the dream

1.   National level

The 50 sheep remind me of the 50 states in the USA. This is speculation at this point.

There is another group elsewhere who will be attacked as well.

On a human application, we could say there are no police, armies, military to protect its citizens.

The leadership fails.

–

The black buffalo is indigent to Africa. The victims are white.

Currently there is black against white violence in South Africa that I know about. I have posts on this.

The black communist regime supports violence against whites in Africa, and does not prosecute offenders. South Africa has the highest crime rate in the world, from what I have read.

There may be racial violence spreading in the future in the USA and other countries, especially in Europe, since there is a mainly white population there.

The black Cape buffalo could also represent evil in general.

The white sheep may represent innocent unsuspecting, people who trust in their governments to protect them.

–

The governments will not be there to protect them at some point, and they need to learn independence now.

Governments will abandon the people.

Maybe Spring or summer is an optimum time for an enemy to attack.

2.  Spiritual level

Many churches have “wild buffaloes” in leadership.

They prey on the sheep, who watch injury after injury in the church, and just do not get the point that the leadership is causing harm, instead of good.

They will spiritually die, and not be prepared for the negative events to come, which include events which specifically involve the Body of Christ.

Misdirected and uninformed, they may be easier prey for the wild buffaloes in the world outside the church, and may be the first ones killed as persecution starts.
