You Already Have What You are Looking For

The “anointing” is now in you, not  just “out there” in someone else.

I have been guilty of this myself.

Assuming I am nothing, and I have to have an “anointed” preacher pray for me.

First, how does the Bible describe the anointing?

–

Old Testament

Poured over head of priest

Ex 25:6. 29:7

Sanctifies

Comes with sacrifice

Stays inside the tabernacle

Lev 10:7

Destroys yokes and burdens

Isa 10:27

New Testament

It is IN us – we are the tabernacle

Healing, doing good

Forgiveness, Salvation

Gospel, Salvation

Destroys evil

Rom 10:22

It is the message of the Cross

1 Co 1:18

It is the kingdom of God

1 Co 4:20

Truth of God

2 Co 6:7

Comes with afflictions

2 Titus

Plagues sent and removed

Rev 15:8

Rev 16:9

So, from above we can see what is associated with the anointing itself.

–

When the anointing is present, positive changes happen: healing, salvation, deliverance etc., and the person is moved to self-sacrifice and good works.

So it changes you for the better.

There is also another term called “slain in the Spirit” which indicates the overpowering presence of the Holy Spirit.

The result is the human body collapses in worship and fear of God.

Neither the biblical descriptions of anointing and slain in the spirit constitute a shallow, empty sensational experience that produces no results, healings, salvations, deliverance, self-sacrifice, or holiness of human spirit.

What I am saying is that if you are the SAME before and after you encounter the “Anointing” or being “slain in the spirit” due to the activity of another person, then you have had a counterfeit experience, because you have not been changed for the better.

Leave that minister.

All you got was wasted time on the floor.

If you really have been positively changed, then it was genuine.

–

However, the main point here is that if you accept Yahshua / Jesus as savior after repenting of your sins, then the Holy Spirit resides IN you, and you do not need a preacher to get what you need from Yahweh God.

The minister is not your God.

Yahweh is….

While it is good for saints to pray for each other, this should not be a substitute for going directly to Yahweh God yourself to get what you need.

I asked the Lord once if I should have a certain minister pray for me about a problem.

His answer was blunt.

”If you want anything, do NOT go to man! You come straight to me!!!!

–

Only Yahshua / Jesus died for us, so that we could have an intimate relationship with Him, and Yahweh Father God, and to have the Holy Spirit infill us.

–

WE are His tabernacle.

—

His glory and spirit is already inside of us.

We just have to acknowledge it and connect with Him.

–

The anointing is a PERSON inside of you , not a thing.

Spend time with Him today.
