You Shall be Rebuilt

clip_image002

Have you been torn down?

The Lord has appeared of old to me saying…yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

Again I will build you, and you shall be built…you shall be adorned with tambourines, and shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice.

Jeremiah 31 : 3-4

Recent events in America and around the world indicate great losses for people.

The loss could be due to tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.

clip_image004

Economic downturns are also destructive, as we lose jobs and homes.

clip_image001

Physical disease causes much suffering, and can destroy our lives, or the lives of those we love.

We need hope and healing.

When everything is destroyed, how do you start over?

The first thing we should do is look to God, NOT man, and NOT the government.

All this will fail us, partly, or completely.

Weeks and months, and maybe years after a disaster, I still see homeless people still begging for food and shelter.

Once the initial human response occurs, if it happens at all, there is no follow up, and those victims are on their own.

Recently, after Hurricane Sandy in America, insult has been added to injury, as hurricane victims were given notice to demolish their homes or face a $2000 a week fine.

What happened to compassion from the government?

Making money off the poor and helpless?

clip_image005

Only God has endless mercy. He does not impose fines on us when we are down, but lifts us up to Him instead…. If only we seek Him.

The Lord God says:

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?

Jeremiah 32:37

Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God.

Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them;

Who keeps truth forever.

Who executes justice for the oppressed

Who gives food to the hungry,

The Lord gives freedom to the prisoners.

Psalm 146 :1, 3, 5-7

The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,

To all who call upon Him in truth.

He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him;

He will also hear their cry and save them.

The Lord preserves all those who love Him.

Psalm 145 : 18-20

God is a God of restoration

Joe 2:25

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

Isa 61:4

And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

Isa 58:12

And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Relationship is important

God does not answer all prayers for help.

He does not hear the prayers of the wicked, or of sinners who will not repent of their sins, or of those who live in unbelief.

Sin makes us enemies of God.

As a parent hears the cry of their child, God will hear the cries of those who belong to Him.

This father – child relationship is achieved through the salvation offered by Jesus, the Christ (Yehsua, the Messiah, or anointed One).

clip_image008

Jesus died for our sins, to take the punishment due us for sin.

If we accept this sacrifice, repent of our sins, and turn away from them, leaning on God for help and strength, then we can be born again.

Instead of a human nature prone to fail, we can have a heavenly nature reborn to live in God’s will and blessings.

We have been washed of our sins, and can stand before the Father as pure and clean.

We are not worthy on our own, but our worthiness has been given us as a clean garment through the work of Jesus.

clip_image010

Humble yourself before God, if you need His help

If you do not have an intimate, personal loving relationship with Him, then repent, and give your heart to Him.

And he will deliver you.

If you do have this relationship, then have faith, and just ask Him for what you need.

Isa 66:2

For all those [things] hath mine hand made, and all those [things] have been, saith the LORD: but to this [man] will I look, [even] to [him that is] poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

  1. Job went through two series of trials. Usually, folks don’t realize that only his entire first period of testing is described in Job chapter 1. As from chapter two, we see him go through a second series of crises.

I have experienced the same and even now I am awaiting for His promise about a certain something to be fulfilled. In short, extreme circumstances ranging from being kidnapped three times, assaulted, shot at (no big deal), lost everything we had, our family torn apart, two strokes and several heart attacks, injury, sickness, financial ruin – you name it and I’ve been through it. Became homeless and helpless whilst being exploited, abused and even persecuted by the loving place called church.

Let me assure you that faith is a simple matter. It is a binary possibility. Either Yes or No. Either On or Off. Either Black or White. The decision not to believe is as effective as the choice to believe. It is the end result that will differ.

If I could survive and remain focused upon my purpose and calling, so can any other. I am not a particularly strong person but the only strength we will ever need, comes from our Lord. Refusal to fail is sure to bring success.

Allow me to inspire and motivate by stating this, which is my own proverb:

I WILL ONLY BEATEN WHEN I ADMIT DEFEAT. AN’ EYE KAANT SPEL KWIT!

  2. Amen! Your testimony is a blessing to me. He is faithful. Period. End of story.

  3. Marianne, A beautiful post, thank you…What is sad is that our country focuses not on our country as much as we do others. It’s “Godlike” to help wherever we can, but no one comes here to help us. Why should We need help? The U.S A doesn’t have unlimited funds, for the world’s disasters & now very little for our own, or at least that seems to be the message from the gov. I personally know missionaries in 5 different countries. Each country has been effected, devastated, by natural disasters (some year upon year) disease, poverty, etc, as you mentioned. If New Jersey & all the east coast areas were a foreign country, would we have foreign disaster monies & send missionaries?? These “acts of God” bring people to Jesus by the masses. Many people here need to be led, encouraged & loved, as you say,. yet I don’t see any movement towards this type of healing & restoration here. “United We Stand”? Tent cities are popping up all over the world, sadly enough & Jesus is THERE & HE is HERE just waiting for us…

    • Elle,

Have you ever thought of this? Why are there so many war zones in Africa or Asia? Who is behind it? My own country was drawn into battle in Angola by the CIA and some of our top cabinet ministers were CIA agents! Many times, the “help” comes at enormous cost and, if the USA was really interested in helping people, Zimbabwe would have been invaded right away and peace restored. But Zim has no oil, you see…. Our nation became bankrupt, I stood at the graves of my own friends slain in battle, a battle where China, Russia and the USA gave money and arms – so that they could pump oil and take our diamonds behind the smokescreens of warfare, as is happening in DRC as we speak. The Arab Spring…. who is behind it? It can hardly be called “help”, same as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Even before the navy sailed for the Persian Gulf, we here in Africa knew that it was about the oil as we all knew very well that there were no weapons of mass destruction. We are well-informed people who could never understand why anyone would belive little Bush’s lies to the world. With Blair dancing to his tune. At Nagasaki, the USA killed 30,000 Christians in an instant as the bomb exploded right above the Christian community! If the Lord ever is going to bare His teeth at nations exploiting and abusing others, both the USA and Britain will have to find a good hiding place. The “help” jardly ever comes from a pure heart.

It reminds me of this Texan retailer who now owns 200 square kilometres of gold mines in Sierral Leone, plus huge deposits of diamonds. He comes in the name of Jesus and build disgraceful “clinics” and “orphanages” that look shabby. When gold was at US$850/tr/oz, he bought at $38/kg. Converted to kg, he could sell at $27,327.50/kg! It is a RIP-OFF in the Name of Jesus! Talk about taking His Name in vain! He wanted me to oversee his operations but was too STINGY to pay my airline ticket from Cape Town to Freetown, which would have been just US$1 175.00 at the time! We see this so many times and we see how our people in Africa live in abject poverty. I have had personal experience of missionaries from America where God sent me to to test them as in Jeremiah 6:27. They needed an administrator and I needed a job; the Lord told me to offer to work for free in exchange for free residence in one of their many residences that stood furnished but empty. They never even consulted with God but immediately refused. A few weeks later, I left a messaage on their answering machine stating that I knew someone in Germany who was very rich and should I approach him for a donation? They wasted NO time to call me!!

In 2007, I went up to the studios of CCFM in Cape Town, where an American missionary known as Brown was promoting the idea of mass action by the youth and got him out of teh studio. The world had been told the Sarafina story minus the actual truth behind it and Whoopi Goldberg should be ashamed of herself for having played in that fabricated lie that aids atheist, communist rule! Brown did incite mass action and two school children were shot by the riot police. This is what your missionaries do in Africa – please do NOT support them as the create chaos and cost lives.

When we wanted to mine for gold and diamonds to aid the underlying communities, we got blocked from doing so. Why? The “right” people won’t have received benefits. Ask why even Halleburton was investigated for criminal activity right here in Cape Town and closed shop overnight and moved to another African country.

Don’t confuse your administration for your nation as, in my observation, these are two incompatible entities. American people we love, your country is beautiful but its boardrooms are a tad unsafe. Especially to those far away not in attendance of meetings that will define their lives!

Africa needs to be restored from the damage caused by superpowers.

  4. Dutch Uncle, I don’t wish to get into poltics & warfare here. I know the work of the missionaries I speak of, in the countries/areas they are in, including Paarle… The work they have done is commendable not condemnable. It is seen w/the naked eye, not evidenced by some report in a boardroom, for example. I am speaking of Uganda, Phillipines, Sri Lanka, Haiti, Mexico, Chili & others, for decades…they do their work in the name of the Lord, He is the judge…blessings

  5. Unfortunately, everything you say is 100% correct, Dutch Uncle! I was “shocked” to find out a while back here ALL the people who are part of the “elite” Illuminati, Free Masons, etc., and people of the sort. Even more than that…the realization that the common people has never had a chance at real success!

I am familiar with Nigeria as I have friends from there and have been paying particular attention to the strife and corruption that goes on there. It is amazing how some parts of Nigeria are so “well-to-do” and the rest of it is “kept” in poverty! I was surprised to find that for a major portion of the country, ALL your food is “imported!” Hence the high price of food…and that is costs everything a person earns (and then some) just to eat!

I “Pray” for the African nations as the American people have absolutely NO idea of the corruption going on in this world!

Take care my friend and God Bless!

    • God has made it clear that the world lies in the power of the wicked one, (1 John 5:19) and that the kingdoms and governments of this world are controlled by Satan, (albeit within the boundaries of God’s providence); this is evident by Satan offering Jesus the kingdoms of the world with all their splendour, if Jesus should bow down and worship him. (Matt 4:8-9).

From this, it should therefore be evident that those in positions of political and secular office, are effectively Satan’s puppets and henchmen, and therefore are going to be instrumental in furthering Satan’s resolve in permeating this world with evil by destroying it’s every spiritual and moral fibre, by any means possible.

So let’s wake up, and shake ourselves out of this naivety, and see clearly that all the problems and injustices of this world are implemented through the political and secular processes, despite what one may think about any perceived blessings on any particular nation, because the fact remains, Satan is commander-in-chief of all the kingdoms and their insidious agendas to bring about his desired result of total rebellion and Godlessness.

We are aliens in this world, thus no part of it, so there is no point in deliberating over Satan fueled political policies, agendas, and maneuvers; and not least by putting trust in his earthling man offspring, as if prayer, meddling, and Christian posturing is going to make one iota of difference to the consequential events that have to place in accordance with God’s will in order to bring about His preordained day of destruction and deliverance of His faithful.

This world is not the place for those who love the one who is rejected by it, to set up stall and make it home, for our home is God’s Kingdom; the physical of which we are to daily pray for, and the spiritual that should be within. We therefore have no kinship with, or seek to effect changes through channels that know only how to work evil, and thus are alien to us, and that are to eventually persecute and slay us, but rather we resolve to make it our sole purpose to rescue as many as possible from this evil temporary domocile, so that they too may find everlasting refuge in the Kingdom of God…This world has always been about salvation, and to this end all our energies should be expended……Blessings to all…………….

      • Richard,

Yes, the “true Jew” is defined in Romans 2 and the false Jew in Revelation 3. As I have stated earlier, we are alien to this world and our nationality is not even here.

My point is that we should not protect missionaries, churches or governments that takes His Name in vain. Our loyalty should also be towards the “Church of Acts” first but, in practice, we see the opposite. We can forget about saving all souls as not even Jesus could achive that, not for a lack of trying, though. Some people will just NEVER commit, yet the church keeps feeding them riches that really is pearls cats before swine.

Yes, you are right – we should lose our naievety or gullibility.

        • Dutch Uncle,

As you know, we are commissioned to preach the good news as a witness to all nations, and those with ears will hear. If we keep our heads down and focus on what we should be doing, and not waste time and energy focusing on, and deliberating on the failings of other, then by default we will do well; in the way Paul did not allow himself to be distracted by those who were preaching a different Christ amidst him… he simply continued affirming the true Christ, knowing that seeds would be sown in fertile hearts……

          Blessings.

          • Richard

Read Paul’s letters again ans see how much of his energy went into educating the church and changing perceptions. I am on the same path. I cannot call myself a Christian, especially after what I had experienced out there, and not address problems. Left unattended, those become cancerous. We have a Biblical duty to do housekeeping – just read 1 Cor 5:9-12.

This post is about having been torn down and the subsequent restoration. One day, when I have the time and energy, I will write much about my experiences. I needed to get healing first, then I am also physically very weakened. It takes effort to write. I never had suicide thoughts, ever, but I can assure you that the Satan did try to sell same to me, when my family and I came through nothing short of hell on earth by an alleged Satanist pastor who, for the record, still is in office five years later, with full knowledge of both SA Police and senior pastors in Cape Town. Do you really think that it is Godly to allow that despicable man to ruin yet more lives? He has a looong list of victims, people trodden into the mud. Would you say that he should be tearing more lives apart? Where is YOU sound judgment then?

When he and his cronies argued that Jesus is not God and did unmentionable things to us, we were picked up by MUSLIMS and BHUDDISTS! Can you imagine what a field day the Satan had in my mind, doing his very best to let me see the logic of turning my back on Jesus? Have you ever been so desperately despondent and out of options, verbally and even physically abused AT CHURCH?? My word, do you think that we should ALLOW this in our churches?? If so, reconsider and perhaps take a second look of what is written clearly within your own Bible! Richard, it is COMPLACENCY that let the church rot from the isnide; you say it is OK, turn a blind eye and continue regardless? OK, if nobody else got hurt in the process, I might agree not to waste time on this, but have you seen the MULTITUDE whose lives were torn apart? What will your be DOING to help them tonight, in their desperate situation? We are NOT dealing with theory but with real lives being torn apart by Ezekiel 34-type of pastors!

Complacency makes you an accesoory to the crime. Period.

            • I will pray for you. I understand about what happens right in our own churches ( that I no longer will go to). my son was sexually molested by a leader in a church and 25 years later I try to go to the leaders of where this man is still in leadership and they refused to go to him and confront him. One pastor literally told me in a very loud voice “I don’t want to hear it” and “stopped” his ears!!!

The Lord has healed me in the last year and 1/2 of ALL my hurts that were caused by sin/sexual abuse to my son 25 years ago. I was suicidal…but JESUS WON THIS BATTLE. thank you Jesus! HE is faithful. Know that you and the Lord WILL win!!! Hang in there as time is very short. Soon…it will all be over except the wrath on these evil people. They will all know soon just what they have done. I pray daily for the men that molested my son to seek forgiveness from Jesus as I truly do not wish them to die an eternal death and the fate I know will be upon them if they don’t. Jesus has even healed me where I can pray faithfully for my enemies. Keep the faith. He is coming.

              • Hi Debvaughn

The “complaints procedure for Christians” was related by Jesus Himself, not through prophets or apostles, not even by angels. No, He did it Himself. Follow those procedures and, while it is wonderful that you have found healing, it perhaps is not a good thing to pray for them as Jesus told Jeremiah not to pray for errant people like that. Of course, if He specifically asked you to pray for them, that is different.

I have seen mote than a hundred lives ruined by just one paedophile and the elders turned a blind eye. It is as common in Protestantism as in Catholicism. The Catholic Priest jokes told by Protestants are in bad taste. Two thing on earth I find intolerable: incompetence and complacency. Paul spent much effort on correcting the woeful wrongs of the churches. He many times said one thing but did another; maybe he knew how tiresome the churches could be, hence his advice!

Being healed and forgiven and having forgiven others does not mean that we should be giving licence to their evil. Few understand this.

1 Corinthians 5:9 ¶I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

            • Dutch Uncle,

Believe me, I do empathize dear brother with your circumstances and the degree of corruption masquerading as “Christianity” in your midst, as is the case for all who are of the the true faith in one form or another, regardless of location …but I was merely making the point that we need not waste time on perpetrators of evil and error, willful or otherwise, as God will deal with them in due course, but rather counter this by default, in the course of channeling our energies into all that positively furthers the cause of winning souls for Christ and the subsequent shepherding of them ….Paul of course channeled his energies into instructing, correcting and edifying those who surrendered to Christ and not those in opposition to him and the true faith. We are to shake the dust off our feet and move on when the word is not received….The Lords knows his sheep and they know his voice…..

              Blessings to you!

              • Dear Richard

While we focus upon the positive and remain in denial of the negative, we also give licence to abusers, to slaughter His lambs. We have a duty, a Biblical duty, to ensure that the church remains on track. We cannot build upon shaky foundations and unstable walls can’t hold a roof. His temple, not the unsaved, is our first priority. Follow the example of Jesus who even prayed fro the saved, even stating that He was NOT even praying for the lost! I cannot emphasize strongly enough that we are accomplices when we focus upon the positive and ignore the crimes against fellow believers. I really cannot even begin to understand why you, on these pages, act exactly in the same way as did the clergy around Debvaughn. Don’t you see that NOT doing anything is the same as ALLOWING these deeds to be done?

OK, so you save souls, bring them to church, where the wolves wiill “process” them while you are out fishing? Is this a sane way of increasing production then? Do your duty, dear brother, clean God’s temple before bringing new lives into it.

                • Dutch Uncle,

Go read Paul’s letters and learn what constitutes a congregation of true brethren, true shepherding, and keeping the wolves at bay, and have the wherewithal to realize that a building known as a church in these times, does not equate with the congregations of true brethren in Paul’s day. If you wish to flirt with the counterfeit and get embroiled with all it’s iniquity and then turn it in to some kind of self-imposed one man crusade, then that is your choice…O.K, so continue hounding out all the paedophiles and philanderers in your midst, and whilst on this fishing expedition, note how many souls you have won for Christ, if indeed you should ever get around to that cause, and if it truly has any esteem with you..but I suspect that your cynicism, lack of faith and propensity for wanting to be seen as a paragon, is going to be a great source of stumbling for you…but only because you have made it that way….Love, peace and blessings to you in the the good old fashioned, polite English way…if I may!

          • DISPLAYS OF POLITENESS AND KINDNESS TO ERRANT BRETHREN

23 But he turned, and said to Peter, ““Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me, for you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of men.”” Matthew 16:23 (World English Bible)

14 Alexander, the coppersmith, did much evil to me. The Lord will repay him according to his works, 15 of whom you also must beware; for he greatly opposed our words. 2 Timothy 4:14-15 (World English Bible)

25 I contended with them, and cursed them, and struck certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, “You shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor take their daughters for your sons, or for yourselves. Nehemiah 13:25 (World English Bible)

15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; 16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise. 17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. John 2:15-17 (King James Version (1769) with Strongs Numbers and Morphology)

Paul, a man of rude speech, had this to say about circumcision: NOW WHY DON’T THEY CUT OFF THE ENTIRE THING??

Please mistake neither piety nor politeness for holiness! Someone has to be passionate about the True Temple and not allow pigs to feed in it. Someone has to care enough for Jesus to risk offending mortal man. I will not tolerate weakness dressed up as weakness. I have made that mistake once too many. My business is with finding the few gems in the church, then to bring them out to be cut, shaped and polished for His crown. I have no business with regular Christianity but only with those really and truly serving Him in a most practical way. There is no room for window dreesing in His house. Every bit of furniture has a function and a purpose.

            • I think you should provide the book chapter and verse where paul said to “cut the whole thing off”

              • Marianne

I found it in Galatians 5:12 in my 1953 Afrikaans Bible. However, when I looked it up in the English Bibles, various translations such as KJV, ASV, WEB, I found a different translation. So I went to Strong’s and looked up G0609 and G2699.

                G0609 says this:

apokopto — pronounced: ap-ok-op’-to from 575 and 2875; to amputate; reflexively (by irony) to mutilate (the privy parts): KJV — cut off. Compare 2699.

                G2699 katatome — pronounced: kat-at-om-ay’

from a compound of 2596 and temno (to cut); a cutting down (off), i.e. mutilation (ironically)

This verse is one of many others that I have found, where English translations differ from the original language; therefore, the English-speaking world many times have a different and sadly wrong understanding of what the Bible actually says. Here, the Bible clealry siad that Paul said those people should mutilate or amputate; in some Afrikaans translation it actually directly states that people should cut the whole thing off. Direct translation.

                • the question is….

                  what is “it?”

                  I assume the prepuce

                  • Marianne, I am not sure why you cannot see the “it” when the meaning is to emasculate or amputate the privy parts. Paul certainly did say what he thought. I was very shocked when I saw this the first time – and every time I read it. In another instance, Paul, like Jesus, cursed someone. I am not so sure that our syrupy sweet modern Christianity is even Biblical. This is where humanism comes in to dilute the original message.

Jer 6:27 speaks of a furnace but someone translated that into a rock face or cliff! I’d love to see someone melting iron against the whire cliffs of Dover 🙂

English lacks vocabulary sometimes, to bring the true message across. The liitle word YOU is many times interpreted wrongly, thereby changing the context of the Biblical message, which in turn causes English people to believe wrongly. It obviously is going to lead to differences and even conflict amongs believers. Lost in the translation.

              • I wish the people that confuse you, would rather completely emasculate themselves.

Ek wens dat die mense wat julle verwar, wil hulleself dan maar heeltemal ontman.

Not exactly in good taste and certainly impolite, but in the original Greek nonetheless. Can we blame the English to bring a tad of politeness, as is their culture? sadly, the meaning went out of the window when they did that.

              • Dutch Uncle,

You know that you good self and any other true follower of Jesus are not dealing with flesh and blood, but the one who transforms himself into an angel of light, whom together with his legion, established an institution known as “the church” founded on the great apostasy Paul warned of, with all it’s dissenting and divisive denominations; but what makes you think you are especially passionate, more so than others, about seeking out the true gems and bringing them to the true Christ?

                Blessings.

      • Richard You said: “We are aliens in this world, thus no part of it, so there is no point in deliberating over Satan fueled political policies, agendas, and maneuvers; and not least by putting trust in his earthling man offspring, as if prayer, meddling, and Christian posturing is going to make one iota of difference to the consequential events that have to place in accordance with God’s will in order to bring about His preordained day of destruction and deliverance of His faithful.”
We are not aliens! We were made of the earth and are part of it as we are part of Our Father in Heavan who breathed and re-breathed life into us…Satan and whatever fallen angels are here on earth or in our heavans are the aliens here. We shall rule with Him also upon this earth and even now are we not ambassadors for His Kingdom come?
        Ephesians 6:10-20
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[a] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 1
        2 Corinthians 10:1-6
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
        5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The kingdom of God is mentioned nearly 100 times in the New Testament, the majority in the Gospels [Matthew and Luke], (Acts 1:3,8:12,14:22, 19:8, 20:25, 28:23,31; Rom. 14:17; 1 Cor. 4:20, 1 Cor. 6:9-10,1 Cor. 15:50; Gal. 5:21; Eph. 5:5; Col. 1:13, 4:11; II Thess. 1:5; 2 Pet. 1:11; Rev. 12:10)
Luke says “for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes” (Luke 22:18) …comes which is giving it a future fulfillment here on the earth…it does not say goes up into heavan Richard.
We must learn our small portion of responsibility, love, respect, kindness, accountability, strength and grace and a lot more by ruling whatever tiny portion or larger portion of work/place allotted to us. How serious we take the smallest part of this responsibility to do as He would do if He walked in our shoes is the measure of fullness that we act whether we are kind or tough or work with anyone it should be as with Him in His Kingdom now. Bunyans Pilgrims Progress reflects this very idea of moving through this world and learning to live as He would in all that He would do and Bunyan was given many years in prison for just preaching the gospel, and had to learn much of this rule by being ruled and yet engaging as Joseph did the responsibilities of his new station by working also as if His Kingdom was here on earth, as well as using this opportunity to write this incredible journey (pilgrims progres and the the holy war we are in) we must all embark on from the moment of rebirth Richard.

    • Hi Bobby

Unlike Nigeria, South Africa has been a net exporter of food until as recently as 2008. When Mandela took over in 1994, we had some 120,000 productive farmers but, due to certain circumstances, there are only around 30,000 now. It means that every farmer now has to feed 1,730+ mouths!

The rest of Africa has only seen productive agriculture by colonialists as the culture on the continent is to do subsistence farming only, but even that usually is insufficient to provide. Soil is good but there is just no initiative to be productive. Nigeria, I think, may have the highest number of PhD,s in Africa yet we see little in the form of creatibity and initiative there. If you look at the prospects of agriculture in Ghana, for instance, one cannot but help to wonder why there is no progress.

To some extent, investment into the various African economies remains insufficient BUT count the private jets, grand saloon cars and other displays of opulence and one cannot but wonder why Western governments keep pumping in dollars. President Ernest Koroma of Sierral Leone, however, is a gentleman without the need for extravagnce and his office is on par with that of any basic civili servant’s anywhere in my country. Plain, simple yet functional. President Koroma’s good example should be followed by others.

The main issue is that Africa has good soil and, with just a little bit of application of the mind, most humanitarian problems could be solved “internally” – not everybody realizes that we are totally indepent states and that Africa is not one huge country.

  6. Hey there Dutch Uncle, (aka Oom Lungu, aka Pieter),

I was just wondering what your motivation was for utilizing different tag names while posting on the same thread?
    Why the deception?

  7. Dear Richard, Thank you for your comment. You have said “it” very well… (Your comment came via email but I don’t see it on this post yet). The prophesies ARE being fulfilled, we must face it & salvation IS our mission. I do believe, that God will bless us w/provision, strength, wisdom, etc, of His accord, when we call to Him, Jer. 33:3, “Call to Me & I will answer you & show you great & mighty things, which you do not know.” Hallelujiah!! It does not glorify God to have sick, starving, homeless people who are saved. There is still spiritual warfare, bondages, strongholds, etc. that need to be broken. As you know, the Lord gives us perfect instruction, a few of many vrses, (partial) 1 Peter 5: 8-9, resist him (satan) steadfast in the faith, 2 Cor 10: 4-5, weapons of our warfare are not carnal, Eph. 6: 10-12, put on the whole armor of God, etc…We are warriors & more than conquerors through Him who loved us, Rom.8:37. We need to look above the sun & believe for His supernatural love!…bless you!

    • Thank you dear Angelle, and thank you for your powerful salient comments!!
It is indeed a supernatural battle, for our struggle is not with flesh and blood, but rather against the satanically controlled rulers, authorities, and powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms; and knowing this, our faithful heavenly Father equips us with all the supernatural help and every perfect instruction required to win this battle, by means of His Spirit, while bestowing upon us, every good gift and His unfailing supernatural love from beyond the sun through His son :)……. Powerful blessings to you! !…..

    • Paul’s teachings were not to the apostate church of Babylon as it did not even exist at the time. It was only founded two centuries later. He educated the true apostolic “church of Acts.” My advice therefore is to follow the Bible, protect His flock by doing the housekeeping as our Bible cerainly is clear on that.

  8. Yeah, Dutch, “Good People” are, too few and too far apart…to make a difference!

    • Bobby, if only the church – meaning the true church of Acts – would apply the Bible in our lives. Going around, lazing on the banks of De Nial surely is not an effective way of doing our duty. Our Bible isn’t a book filled with good intentions but rather supposed to direct minds, hearts, hands and feet.

  9. Dutch! I completely agree with you! If we do nothing…then we are “enablers!” We cannot serve two Kings…therefore, I follow teachings of Jesus and spread the “Good News!”

  10. Dear Richard, Thanks again for your enlightened words. The Holy Spirit leads those who are truly with Him with God given grace & humility…If we are to use Paul as an example, he had a tremendous peace w/in him even during his most difficult trials. His “letters” were divinely inspired & full of grace & mercy from the Lord. He did not rant & rave, etc. about the injustices, he & others endured, they were “given” to the Father to provide the way, or resolve. Nothing was done by Paul, himself, just as Jesus says, “I do nothing that is not the will of My Father”… God loves the humble & “hates” arrogance…. We know praying for our enemies is scriptural, a God given instruction, we do have a choice not to but God will judge.. His desire is that no one perish…the blessings of the Lord are upon you… 🙂

    • Elle

Please read the epsitles of Paul again. At times, he was sick with worry, he was angered and cursed, he was rather impolite at times. Why can’t you see it? Let me tell you why: you read the Bible from a biased perspective. Take my very good advice and go back there, make a study of what I am saying. Paul, for much of the time, could not practise what he had been preaching to others. Of course, he knew very well what the more commendable way was but, as we are all sinners by nature, could not keep his own advice. Neither can I. Be sure that rosiness is not holiness.

      • I never saw Paul as this. His writings are well balanced, and temperate. he never said he was sick with worry. he was afflicted with a thorn in the flesh, which he did not define…but he seemed very longsuffering to me.

        • Marianne

Paul was worried sick that one of his friend would actually die. He worried like that for about 3 months (at least) as six weeks there and six weeks back was the travel time involved when he sent someone to attend that that sick friend. I know my Bible.

Paul was, even in his own words, “a man of rude speech.” My brother pointed this out to me as he had the lecture material from a prominent theological university in America; he showed me this in 2003. It is worth the effort to research Paul’s ways; please do bear in mind that we sometimes perceive things as we wish it to be. Reality sometimkes comes as a shock.

    • ..And thank you for yours dear Angelle, and for reminding us of God’s perfect love demonstrated by His desire that all flesh be saved, and together with the assurance that : “in all things, God works for the good of those who love him”, while never allowing us to take more than we can bear, we can confidently have the trusting disposition of a child, safe in the knowledge that our Father will never forsake us….

We are told to: “taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8)…and after having tasted pure honey, we should never allow anyone to convince us that the supernatural sweetness of the Lord is nothing more than just syrup, for it is no coincidence that honey is nature’s imperishable perfect food and healer – an aspect of nature and creation that personifies the character of it’s creator…..Hope that doesn’t sound too sweet and rosy, bordering on syrupy nausea! :)….

So let God be found true, and every man a liar (Rom 3:4)…and may we continue to neutralize bitterness and the toxins of the human heart by continually partaking of the LORD’s supernatural “golden liquid”, which is our strength, sustenance and healing…and the nectar of everlasting life…

The sweetest of blessings to you honey, and all others of the same supernatural sweet spiritual disposition..,.(or you may prefer to run to the bathroom!) 🙂

  11. Dutch Uncle…being sick w/worry, anguish & anger, is not rude & arrogant. God permits anger, worry is a sin, Paull was human. Having the grace of God & peace does not mean “emotionless”…but we are not to be led by emtions… Do not tell me what to do & how to do it..Your comments of “rosieness” are absurd.. Your are arrogant & self agrandising, & are not invited to be in conversation w/me…You have not responded to “accepted’s ” question of why you use 3 aliases, which is deceptive…I will not converse w/you again….

    • Sorry for me posting it like this but I don’t have browser access right now. I sometimes post from a laptop which is set up under my “ministry name” of dutchuncle. Then sometimes from a phone set up as Oom Lungu which means Ungle Lungu which in turn is derived from an African word ‘mlungu or umlungu which means “white gods” or “scum of the sea” – used to describe white folks. That name is used for community building as it has a familiar ring to fellow black countrymen. My apologies if it becomes confusing; when I can afford proper systems, it will weed out these inconsistencies.

SUICIDES IN CHURCH OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON

Christmas 1994 in a large town in the Free State Province, often called the Texas of South Africa, is where I was shocked when I heard the news of a fellow church member who had committed suicide. It was not a formal church but rather a regular congregation of believers same as in the days of Acts and the apostles.

He was in his sixties; I was about half his age then. I also was new to the group and hardly knew anyone there, as I was recently transferred there by the military. I remember him as a soft-spoken, short yet wiry gentleman. Always friendly but never really participated in conversation. One week, we had a special drive to pray for our town and its 150,000 residents, but also for the entire district that was home to a farming community of another 100,000 who had lived in a radius of roughly thirty to fifty kilometres.

Christmas 2004 was when our regular informal church group, same as in the days of Acts and the apostles, ceased to meet for two entire months. The group consisted of medical consultants, a professor in industrial psychology, lecturers, two actuaries and a senior mechanical engineer. It also consisted of me being disabled, my wife who was not allowed to attend school beyond the tenth grade and we were hopelessly indigent at the time. When we needed the company of brethren the most, we were left to our own devices. I do not know why one needs to take leave from meeting with God just because of the summer.

While being alone, hungry, with no jobs – my country has laws keeping us from finding a position –

we felt rejected, unwanted, beyond our expiry date. Despite my purpose and calling, I felt to weakened and tired to live and asked Him to consider taking me home. I realised that I was being selfish and then agreed to stay on.

The Satan did present me, as he did before and after, that I should be considering suicide. Well, that was a bit obvious that he wanted me out of the fray, so I saw his ploy and told him that he was being insane. At that very moment, I remembered the suicide of 1994 and only then did I understand that the gentleman who did it, was just very much alone.

He was surrounded by 250,000 and we were surrounded by 3,5 million plus still very much alone; lone bulls are easy prey to a pack of wolves. Satan knows that.

We have Christmas season upon us. We have people around us who need company as their feeling rejected is now more acute than in August. Suicides increase during this time of year, even in the southern hemisphere with its abundance of sunlight. To people up north, it can only be much more difficult when skies are grey and snow is stacked a few feet high.

Over here, we have been invited for Christmas luncheon by a Buddhist group of vegans who are proud to state that there will be no Christians. Sadly, some of them, including the one I know, all were Christians before, got hurt by fellow believers and abdicated. We are still praying about it.

I do hope that neither you, nor I, would let someone commit suicide because of feeling rejected amidst the merriment.

  12. Yes, Marianne, this how I understand Paul’s writings! After all, did Jesus NOT say, “…worrying will not add one moment to your life…”(paraphrased)???

  13. Huh?

    I believe that it was Paul, (lead through the Holy Spirit), that said in his epistle to the Galatians, Chapter 1;

6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before , so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

    Be Blessed in Yeshua. Amen.

    • Look what had happened here: we were discussing the topic of having been torn down and then (being) restored.

So far, many of my words have been taken and twisted around, altogether different meanings given to it.

As for preaching a different gospel’ let there be a curse on a church that teaches a false doctrine every day, misrepresenting the One God we serve, following pagan teaching that even goes against the very Word of God.

People, please, open your eyes and see where the false doctrine gad taken the church ever since 294AD when the paganism was introduced in Constantinople, well before Constantine and 312AD. Look at how Biblical writings are oerceived – three wise men, for instance. We grow up with religion that isn’t Biblical, we celebrate certain festivals that were denounced by Jeremiah, if I remember correctly.

We argue instead of helping people up from the pavement. In 1986, our Lord told me that He will make me hard because I had to go into the church as a prophet to warn people to repent and to truly return to Him. He did warn me that I will be met with fierce opposition, confrontation and Jezebel spirits. Despite the rebelliousness, I am still to bring the message to go back to the roots of why we were created in the first instance, so that we can return to our original purpose on earth.

While others had the privilege of studying, I was left to learn as I went along on a rather unconventional and extreme path. I know that I have found favour wirth God, certainly not with man. I could not care less about what any of you here think or say about me – God speaks to me in a clear voice like He did to Moses. I know Him in ways few theologians will ever be able to fathom. Also, I am forthright and never have hidden meanings. I also never sugar-coat silly arguments that only serve to cause division. Instead, to those who need to learn to survive out there, I am available. Marianne is welcome to give you my email address but not on these pages as people do crime with it.

We are entering the festive season and our first priority should be to extend love to the less fortunate brethren out there instead of nitpicking to prove a point. Anyone living in the same region as Bobby Wise should prayerfully ask the Lord how to help him in his plight without interfering with God’s purpose. Bobby is where he is for a reason; perhaps just see if anyone can lighten his burden. Bobby, I have nothing to wire you but I do trust that some anonymous visitor here who may have something to invest into your ministry will do so.

Faith is energy. Faith – and I have much of it – is an immense power. Sometimes its effects can be overwhelming. Use this energy – which is the very basic nature of God – and do as Jesus dit with it: create acoording to His will. Speak words of life and creation into seemingly hopeless situations. Speak solutions into the lives of those without options. Faith is not a concept. You can see it as a sine wave with either a positive this creative upswing or a negative thus destructive downswing. Negatife faith negates the positive. I opened a Fcebook account which I have again closed as I could not afford the expensive data bundles – South Africa is among the most expensive in the entire world. In the few weeks that I did have it running, it started off with leading someone to Jesus within the first few hours. Instead of finding fault and looking for arguments, be positive and follow my good example of leading someone to Christ Jesus.

My wife and I just arrived home after a hectic day during which my blood glucose went haywire and I returned home also in physical pain. However: there was an opportunity where something went wrong in society and I can offer solutions. I also met two Sepedi men from Limpopo Province, a region bordering the Tuli Block of Botswana and also Zimbabwe. We had an opportunity to share and the next conversation was with a Mosotho gentlemen from a city just outside of Johannesburg. Once again, sharing His love in welcoming him to Cape Town, where his ethnic tribe is like an Englishman in New York.

We work seven days a week an usually 18 or mor hours a day yet nobody gets a salary. We do it out of love and we do it out of faith. In 1989, if I remember correctly, I asked the Lord fro great faith. It was granted immediately, but when I checked with Him for delivery, He smiled and said: “we don’t do DHL. Collect from Reception yourself.”

What an epic journey that has been!

Be encouraged to go out there and make a difference; be straightforward and honest. Diplomacy is much less worth than the truth and I can honestly say the words that had stung many hearts, not just mine, came from a supposedly genteel and sophisticated tongue. Forked. Do not try to impress people out there as all you will achieve is to let them raise their guard. Be forthright but speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Before you go out, revert to the Word of God and challenge the dogma you believe in first. You cannot present something that is not entirely true.

Trinity teaching was never part of the Old Testament, never taught by Jesus and also not by His disciples, apostles or the early church.

      Start at the beginning.

      • I pray your pain is resolved quickly, and you become comfortable physically.

I agree that we should always examine our thoughts to be sure they are true before sharing them.

        • Thanks, Marianne.

I think it is called ageing. The winters slept in cold, wet beds in leaky tents are catching up, but I have bad news for my non-compliant body: it HAS to go where I am taking it, no excuses.

Enjoy what is left of your Wednesday; mine is almost over by now and I am going to rest a bit.

      • Hey Dutch,

I’m sorry and I truly don’t mean to be contentious here, but Constantinople was founded at Byzantium in 330 AD as the New Capital of the Roman Empire by Constantine the Great himself, (27 Feb. 272 – 22 May 337), after who it was named.
And if you are referring to Jeremiah 10:3,4. as being about a Christmas tree? Well……

Now I agree fully that we are to be disciples and love others as Yeshua loved us, however if indeed the Father speaks with you as He did with His servant Moses, then lets do go back to the beginning in respects to the Trinity.

        Genesis 1:2. say’s;
“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”

        See here http://www.hebrew4christians.com/Names_of_G-d/Trinity/trinity.html

As well, if there isn’t a Holy Trinity how would you explain Yeshua’s statement of Matthew 28: 19. to baptise in, “εἰς τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ πατρὸς καὶ τοῦ υἱοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἁγίου πνεύματος” or translated as “In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit”?

        The Truth is the Truth.
Be Blessed in Yeshua HaMashiach our Most Holy and Precious Savior. Amen.

  14. Marianne, you wrote: ‘Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.’ Has we know Jesus referred to himself has the ‘Son of Man’ and many refer to him has the Prince of Peace. So is the Psalm informing you that Jesus is not coming to help you? It certainly indicates that based upon the translation that you have provided.

    • Eliakim

May I kindly suggest that your valid but off-topic question is discussed elsewhere? This specific page has to do with people who were torn down and are now being or have been restored. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace but also the Almighty God, creator of the Universe. He is not on par with human princes. Furthermore, the Bible teaches that anyone who trusts in mortal man already is cursed. Perhaps your understanding is less clear on this than that of others, but when Jesus is called Son of Man, it only means that He was born in a human body. The body was human but the Living God was inside that body in a different way than that of a “normal” man.

Marianne will most surely answer more comprehensively. Let me give you and idea how Jesus comes to the rescue though, which is why I am speaking out of my turn, yet so that my practical experience can be as a witness unto you:

a.. Our landlord at onje stage was a pastor with a D.Phil in Theology. He used the donations and tax registration numbers of a NGO to solicit donations from the public. When he told me that Dr Martin Luther King Jnr was the father of the Reformation, I knew something was amiss and I did some homework. He was a fired ambulance driver with grade ten and a fugitive wanted by the cops for various instances of fraud and grand theft elsewhere. His wife was his partner in crime and posing as a clinical psychologist whilst being a janitor with grade eight. When he realised that his fraud was uncovered, he laid false charges against me at the police. I was arrested and really badly mistreated by the cops. Just as the Israelites invaded the city of Ai, I went round the back through the court chambers and did my assault from the rear by going straight to the commanding officer of the CID. In no time, I was free and he and his wife were behind bars. b.. My son experienced a cot death and was lifeless, blue, cold and stiff. When my wife cried out to the Lord, he opened his eyes. Today, he is a fine young man and only have a minor problem with assimilation despite having been brain dead in medical terms, as confirmed by two house friend who are both medical doctors. c.. I have been taken to court many times count and every time I came free because I was innocent and the Lord proved it. I am not so sure that He would have lied to the court had I been guilty. d.. One day, in a mountain pass, my car slipped on Diesel fuel on the wet road surface and the car spun out of control. We were going to take an 800-foot dive down a ravine, meaning certain death. When I cried out to Him, the car spun around and slid UP the mountain. It is more remarkable if you consider that I was driving at 25mph/40kmh due to bad weather – a 160kmh wind and torrential rain. In defiance of gravity, the car went some twenty yards uphill and came to a standstill with one wheel in a gulley, securing its position. Neat. Call upon the Name of the Lord in your our of need and He surely will rescue you! Just have faith 🙂

Oh, so many of us have scores of similar true stories to tell, some of which even may be on police or insurance records somewhere. Shall I call to William or Danny when in trouble? Or upon Prince Harry? Will he rescue me? Highly unlikely but Jesus did so every time.

Pardon for me interrupting but I just thought to share a few of scores of similar experiences.

    • hi Eliakim

The psalmist was referring to a common mortal man. This was the limits of the old testament writings. Jesus had not come yet.

While Jesus did claim this title, son of man, as he was born of a woman, he also claimed the title of Son of God, which make him the exception.

So yes, he will return for us as he promised.

  15. Thank You so much for the encouraging words and Prayers, Dutch Uncle, as I am Praying for you, also! AND, “YES!”…you are quite right! I AM in the right place as I continue to walk with Jesus every minute of the day. You are one hundred percent correct about staying on the “positive” rather than “nit-picking” differences. I ride the Metro quite a bit now and my bicycle everywhere. I say, “Hi!”, to most everyone I meet. And you know what? Almost every time, I end up talking with some one about Jesus.

Every day, in this Men’s Christian Home I am staying at, I engage in topics related to the Holy Scriptures. “SURE…” every one has their “own” view and “religion” that they follow. I will present what I know. Do we always agree? Of course not! However, by the time we “part”…we will agree that the Holy Scriptures ARE the Word of God!

    Sorry…I haven’t confronted any “Muslims”…yet!

    Take Care and God Bless!

  16. Dear Richard…Thanks! 🙂 Well, we know life here on earth, after the fall, is no rose garden!! Jesus came to save us & gave us spiritual work to do…Ps. 126: 4-6 “Those who sow in tears, shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing” This is a promise of the Lord…brings to mind the parable of the sower…Mark 4: 2-13, a very important parable to understand. Mark 4:13, Jesus says, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand ALL the parables?…The Word was made simple for us…but many complicate it & these parables explain the results of the types of sowing many people practice/reap….we are here to help each other, not to preach when we are not preachers, etc….I pray for blessings for all who seek the Lord & His ways with all of their heart…

    • Dear Angelle, beautiful words and a subject close to my heart….have you been sowing seeds lately?! :)….If so, you have no doubt come to appreciate more so, how and why the Lord equates His spiritual laws and principles with nature.

Everything starts with a seed…a human; an animal; a plant; love, faith, and our walk with the Lord; and wisdom which starts from seeds of thought through to knowledge and understanding before finally producing it’s fruit.

For those who are actively involved in plant propagation, especially from seed, cannot fail to be awestricken by the miraculous emergence of life from a bone dry shell-like entity that depicts inertia and death, but even the smallest seed encases a very much alive plant embryo together with it’s genetic mechanisms, which in many cases, remain viable for countless years….
Who can begin to fathom the creative majesty of the master designer!

Once having placed a seed in a fertile growing medium, we eagerly anticipate the moment when we can marvel at the breakthrough of life with the emergence of the first two leaves, through to a healthy mature seed bearing plant…just as the angels in heaven rejoice at every kingdom seed that sprouts forth it’s growth in a fertile heart, to eventually flourish and multiply. The Spirit of the Lord is food for the roots and the Lord Himself their anchor.

The mustard seed is one of the smallest of all seeds, and Jesus declared: “If we have faith the size of a mustard seed, we can move mountains, and nothing will be impossible to us”…(Matt 17:20)….He also said:

“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch
      in its branches”… (Matt 13:31-32).

So I’m just wondering if we should all sow a mustard seed and carefully observe and monitor it’s growth on a daily basis, as a gauge and reminder that we should endeavour to grow in faith daily….and just imagine what we could achieve if we had faith the size of the first two leaves….Sow off to the glasshouse we shall go…..and bring on the mountains..and more!! :)…..

May you be blessed with increased faith, love, light, peace and joy!!

  17. Dear Richard, Likewise beautiful words & thoughts!…I just happened to open the bible to Isa. 30:20, “And though the Lord gives you the bread of affliction”…(If you give up idols & unclean things)…30:23, “Then He will give the rain for your seed with which you sow the ground & bread of the increase of the earth, it will be fat & plentiful….25, There will be on every mountain & every high hill rivers & streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter when the towers fall. 26, Moreover, the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun & the light of the sun will be 7fold, as the light of 7dys, in the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people & heals the stroke of their wound”…Awesome! If we follow Jesus & His ways, give up the hard shell, the “old man” sow the seed then we shall be rebuilt!! Thank you Lord! Amen & Amen…Bless you & looking forward to seeing you the new garden… 🙂

    • Dear Elle, You just so happened to open the Bible at the right place….very relevant and poignant verses and thoughts..much appreciated, and to be cherished at this moment…thank you!…..(Isaiah 45:8).
A bridge has been re-built and is stronger than before…praise God for his power of restoration!..Look forward to being with you, and the Lord’s kindred faithful sheep in pastures new, forever….May the Lord’s day of deliverance and restoration come quickly…then let’s get to work!!…così, ci vediamo al cancello at un quarto alle otto :)……

Possa l’amore di Dio e le sue benedizioni per sempre su di voi.!!

      Richard.

  19. Dear Richard, Yes, may we be delivered soon, to heaven….then we see how our faith gives way to sight!! There is much we don’t know about life in heaven, but we know enough to want to be there! The “work” is not ‘toil”, for sure, but of worship, servitude, singing & praise, etc. See ya’ll there!…Un succo di amore e benedizio a vois! 🙂

  20. Thanks for this “link!”
