You will know…..
–
A simple answer came to me in a dream, without me asking the question.
–
The Word says that the Father knows and answers our prayers before we can even ask.
–
The Lord told me in a dream, “you will know it is Me if you feel my Love.”
–
The immediate future is dark and dangerous.
With all the deception, danger, and treachery ahead of us, it may be possible to interact with people, and not know if we can trust them.
In case of disaster, do we listen to everyone who speaks, or do what everyone asks us to do?
Police will give instructions, radio, TV, hospitals, disaster relief officials, other people…..maybe even “angels” or strangers will be directing us.
–
Who do we believe will really help us?
Who do we trust?
–
The answer is “you will know it is Me if you feel my Love.”
–
A simple answer to a complicated question, in possibly a very dangerous and confusing set of situations.
–
If you feel God’s love, then trust them.
If you do not feel God’s love, then don’t.
–
Very well said!
I love that Marianne! I know the Lord keeps it all more simple than we humans do at times…the bible was written for simple people, not scholars. If we just focus on the Lord’s love and His presence in all circumstances and those who are face to face, He will be with us, face to face to them! We are all hostages to this evil world in the same, but also in different ways. It makes me think of Daniel in the lion’s den…face to face with a horrible death. At first he shook with fear then remembered God’s love. So he prayed & believed. Then the next morning Daniel said to the King, who found him unscathed…Dan. 6:22, “My God sent His Angels & shut the lions mouths so they have not hurt me because I was found innocent before Him…will we have such a faith if presented with danger from the enemy, marshall law, or whatever may come? We WILL feel God’s love if we truly believe. The bible says we have the power, by His grace, given to us out of His love for us,
to overcome evil…trust in the Lord, for His Word does not return to Him void, He keeps His promises…praise the Lord!
Thanks Marianne!:)
To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20.
Everything you believe and hear must be backed up by Scripture.
I agree with David: “To the Law and to the Testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because they have no light” (Isa. 8:20). I’ve heard everything one can hear, but if it doesn’t line up with Scripture (though you may have to dig about in Scripture before you find the truth), it simply is not the truth. This passage above lines up with what Marilyn said.
Marienne, I’ve been in hard situations for years, over and over. I have had Christians tell me everything, and it was all works-based: “Do this, say that prayer, think on good things, have faith and it will work out, heal yourself!” It has been endless. I just had someone advise me that humility is the way to defeat anxiety attacks. I guess that everyone who doesn’t have anxiety attacks is humble then. The Bible is clear and simple, “written for simple people, not scholars” as Elle said so well. And Marianne, you summarized what the Lord has been teaching and telling me since ’98– that if it is not from Love, it is not from God: “In Christ… the only thing that counts is faith EXPRESSING ITSELF THROUGH LOVE” (Gal. 5:6).
Marianne, you wrote of people to trust, “If you feel God’s love, then trust them. If you do not feel God’s love, then don’t.” You summarized well how we know who to trust: “You will know it is Me if you feel my Love.” I have been saying this for years, bu the Christians I’ve known so far seem to have a black hole in their thinking into which falls everything that talks about the beginning and end of God: Love. “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is Love” (1Jn. 4:7-8). While 1Cor. 13 summarizes what Love looks like, many Christians still claim to have Love as they read its traits. But ‘the apostle of Love’ and “the disciple whom Jesus loved” spells out in 1Jn. 3-4 what Love looks like in a more succinct and all-encompassing way so that most Christians can’t read it and claim to have Love according to John’s insightful definitions. People have been telling me to do this and believe that; but they are the last to have any Love. But God has been telling me that He is found where Christians love one another. This world and the churches are overflowing with hatred (which John defines as simply a lack of Love). “You will know it is Me if you feel My Love” is the summary of what the Bible says and what the Lord has been telling me for years. It is not nuclear physics; but no one could have spelled it out for us better than “the disciple whom Jesus loved”: “God is Love, and he who abides in Love abides in God, and God in him” (1Jn. 4:16). Where God is, Love is (is apparent, flourishes); where Love isn’t, God isn’t.

The word is important too, and now people are twisting the word, so they may trick us.
and not ANY love, is what we go by but the love of God, is what we use as a a guide.
people who use the word of god AND have have the love of god are rare and precious….we should embrace them.
Yes, the Word is important. I sometimes sound like I’m saying that the Word isn’t important, but I’m not.
And yes, people who use God’s Word as the foundation and also have God’s Love are definitely walking the way that we should be walking and are hard to find. I haven’t found them yet.
People living with scriptural wisdom are easy to find but scriptural wisdom is not enough. Walking with scripture and in the power of the Holy Spirit …..those people are hard to find but I have met a few. They are out there and God is using those people in powerful ways: to warn, to minister and to heal. Knowing whom to trust …..it’s like the Holy Spirit in me recognizes the Holy Spirit in them and you just know.
This is somewhat off subject but the people freaking out about the limitations the government has been putting on “freedom of religion ” rights. Do you think those people love religion but the relationship with Jesus is…..well, lacking? Those limitations do nothing to affect my relationship with Jesus. And quite frankly, I can pray wherever I want, whenever I want and it is still all about Jesus. Jesus is the most important thing, not the outward show of it all.
true
Cropchick, you will have to introduce me to some of these people then. I’m in Kentucky and have been struggling with homelessness and several other things. Christians I’ve met have seemed helpful until they knew what my situation was and then they abandoned me. I know that is not from God or of Him as He doesn’t abandon or reject.
Arendale,
What is your anxiety about? I know you are afraid to express this because of past rejections, but you will find that most who comment here will not prejudge you based on this.
What you will find in many churches are people who pray the prayer of the Pharisees found in Luke 18: 9-14, and very few who pray the prayer of the tax collector. I can promise you that whatever the issue, the Lord Jesus, the great physician can heal you. This Parable expresses what is the “black hole” you find in churches. The tax collectors of Jesus’ time were the most despised class of people, especially by the religious elites. Yet he chose to reach out to them in his love for ALL.
Numbers 6:24-26 A blessing for you:
24 The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord lift up his countenance[c] upon you and give you peace.
The blessing is for you whether you reply or not. I sense humility in your heart, Through your struggles. Sometimes, those struggles are blessings in disguise, as the song puts it. May he give you the strength to Leave your burden at the cross. Amen.
God Bless.
Thanks for the passage and encouragement, Dru. The anxiety… I’ll make it brief: I was born into an occult family where mind control programming was practiced along with intense trauma-based programming (conditioning). Many curses were placed against me, and most of these curses begin working when you do certain things (or at certain dates (like your 30th birthday for example) or in certain seasons or times of the year). My family had a Christian front, so no one knew what was going on. When I encountered God (actually, He came and encountered me) en route on an Amtrak train to my aunt’s home, He changed my life and began to show me my destiny in Him… and I began to have high level of anxiety that turned into social anxiety and even agoraphobia at times (where you are afraid to leave your home or going outside).
My struggle with Christians and churches began when God apprehended me and the demonic issues began to try to destroy me. (By the way, the anxiety is based on a curse which ‘began to turn’ like clockwork when God came into my life. It was a punishment to force me to suicide since I was on my way to deliverance from the cult.) The Christians I met basically had one thing in common: they would reject and abandon me when they realized that today’s Christianity wouldn’t do for me, and it was all they had to or wanted to offer. So, I’ve felt a lot of shame, because my situation has been like the parable of the Good Samaritan where the man was left on the side of the road to die by the ‘Christians’ but was helped by the ‘non-Christian’. For the past ten years, I went to over 30 cities, some of them several times, seeking support and community and fellowship with Christians, but I’ve been rejected. This has brought lots of shame into my life as they have basically told me that I’m not worthy to be helped and that I should basically struggle alone and die basically. So, God has had to cover me Himself and has had to teach me alone, because the Christians I’ve known to date just didn’t care to do it. I went to a church yesterday and left about thirty minutes in as it was once again ‘playtime at the zoo’. So, I’m still looking for and praying for a real gathering of Christians. My very large extended family and siblings and everyone else abandoned me because I chose to leave the occult cult behind and talk about family secrets that no one else dares to. Some of them wish that harm comes to me (especially my dad) while others don’t think that I will ever ‘make it’.
As for humility, the passage I hold to most regarding humility and the fulfilling of God’s blessings in my life is this one: “When they cast you down and you say, ‘Exaltation will come!’, then He will save the humble person” (Job 22:29).
we will not reject you here.
fake stuff and mistreatment is not welcome here either
Thanks, Marianne. I was going to email you offlist today but forgot and am about to leave the library. Is that okay to email you offlist? I used to have your email address but lost it.
you are getting an email to me you can reply to
Arendale,
It is quite ironic that you choose a passage from Job of the words of his friend comforting him in his trial. This in fact is Eliphaz accusing Job of pride.
The ESV makes the language a bit more clear on this, as follows:
“For when they (the proud) are humbled you (Job) say, ‘It is because of pride’;[b]
but he saves the lowly. (parenthesis mine)
It is the argument that the one who points to pride is committing the sin of pride accusation.
What I want you to understand is that I see humility in your heart. Many in the churches are not Christians. Though their doctrines may be right, they have not surrendered their Will to the Lord. Your reading “Christians” into the Parable of the good Samaritan is a sad testimony for the church. If you are not worthy to be in those churches, then they are not part of the Body of Christ. It is they who will be rejected by Jesus when he comes. Not you! I suspect this is where you see your destiny lies with God, and your calling.
Many a preacher today sits there and preaches on the book of Job and tries to find what was Job’s sin? But to the contrary he was blameless and righteous. (Job 1:1). There was no sin in Job, and even in his appeals to God. There was only a lack of understanding (42:3). Yet in the sight of God, he could only repent in dust and ashes. (42:6) Now I will repeat the blessing above:
The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord lift up his countenance[c] upon you and give you peace.
I pray that you, like Job, when you see the face of God will have the same response as Job. Every Christian will have this response. For none of us are worthy of his Love.
I will be at your side in dust and ashes, and many more as well.
Be at peace, your message has been received. John 13:20 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.” You are God’s
“treasured possession”. (Mal. 3:17)
Blessings
That is ironic, Dru. I have seen the version you typed out as well as the KJV of that passage. Job’s friends were indeed accusing him of pride. It appears that when the Spirit breathes on even a bad thing, it can turn good. E.g. Job’s accuser said to him, “He catches the wise in their craftiness” (Job 5:13), speaking against Job; but though it wasn’t true about Job, what he said is true about God (catching the wise in their craftiness) and is repeated elsewhere in the Bible. He also said in the same chapter, “Blessed is the one whom God corrects, so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.” This reminds me of how Christians have taken the good and sacred things in the Bible and have defiled them; the Lord, on the other hand, can take negative or accusative things in the Bible (like in Ecclesiastes) and purify them. But I have been accused of pride since my experience with the Lord in ’98. Most of my accusers were Catholics at first (my aunt and coworkers), but then everyone was sure I was arrogant and conceited. When I asked God if the general consensus was true, He said it was false. I am beginning to learn that it is not I who have so many things wrong with me but ‘the world’. But those who were most vocal in accusing me of pride were overrun with it.
Yes, it is Christians who abandon the beaten man on the side of the road. When people become Christians, they are probably 99% of the time grafted into the religion of the religious spirit (‘I am better than others’, etc.) and suddenly never have to be good or do good since they are ‘the righteousness of Christ’, etc. This makes them ‘twice sons of hell’; in the world, they were sinners, then they became Christians and became greater sinners. You said, “I suspect this is where you see your destiny lies with God, and your calling.” What did you mean?
You are right that people are always trying to find what Job did wrong. This is because we live in a culture of shame, blame, condemnation, and faultfinding. When you have all those, mercy is never a real option. From the time of colonization, it was about the superior vs. the inferior; trees produce after their own kind, therefore, this attitude of rejection could only grow and spread through the years… and this is the America we see today, almost all the hatred and hypocrisy rooted in Christianity as at the very beginning with the pilgrims, etc. It has only grown and is flourishing, because it was what was planted at the very beginning.
Thanks for the blessing. I love that blessing. I have had to learn on my own that God really is Love. No amount of preaching can get it across to you; you have to experience it in reality. I was at a church where the pastor claimed to be an apostle but didn’t even have a shepherd’s (pastor’s) heart to look after his flock; his eyes were always outside his church, looking for fame and recognition among people like Rick Joyner and that type. On my first day there, I was early, so they had me sit in on the leadership meeting before the service. As I sat there, God the Father was suddenly there on my right hand. I wept, because I could feel the goodness in Him and saw the contrast between who He is and what I had experienced up till that time. Our society and churches are coiled like a rattlesnake, waiting to strike with condemnation and accusation; but God is Love. I once asked the Holy Spirit why so many prayers remain unanswered. He said that it is because God cares but people don’t. I like Ps. 121: “The LORD is your Keeper; the LORD is your Shade at your right hand… The LORD will preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.”
The Prostitute and the Real Bride have unions
Invisible Union Of Christ and His Bride
This is the great Mystery Paul spoke of concerning Christ and the Church! They become ONE! We are Christ! We are God! Dogs begat dogs, men beget men, a God begets God! We are his very reproduction, we came from the Loins of our heavenly Father and we are His Image! We are the return of The Lord! Jesus as a seed feel into the ground and died, and brought forth many grains or Sons of God! Who are God!
Christ became the serpent of God that hangs between Heaven and Earth, the passage way between the Man and the Woman for the seed which was the Spirit to pass through between the two pillars of the woman, between the Moses and Elijah, between Law and Grace, and entered between the covering cherubs and places the cloud (Spirit) by day inside the blood cell of the Woman (Pillar of Fire) by night and the Appearing of the great priest Melchizedek and marries those two sacred objects together! The sacred veil of the woman is rent in twain as the entrance to heaven is made known and we enter into the holy of holies! The man with his serpent is typical of the law and the Jew in one dimension as to the Earth while the Woman is typical of Heaven, she not having the serpent, meaning she is Sinless and as Jesus was on the Mt of Transfiguration there was the passage way between the law and the prophets as the legs (pillars) (Samson parted them also)parted and allowed the image to enter into heaven itself!
There we was transfigured, The Joy and Jubilation of entering into His presence! We are raptured by the bliss of the moment, and the Word of God says, “He comes in an hour that you think not” as science says that when a man or woman is at the climax of union that for that split second or more they literally cease to think! The word says also that broad is the way that leads to hell as many there be that go therein, as to the whorish woman who has many guest that are in the chambers of hell, but the virgin wife is seen as “Straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to life and few there be that find it” She was called the “Virgin Mary”. A whorish woman’s entrance is always considered the broad way, wide and opened and loose because of many guest, but a virgin holy wife, her entrance is always seen as a narrow entrance which in the eyes of the world is most desirable. So we see the sacred entrance into the woman is shown by a worldly whorish church that is full of people like a prostitute with many guest and as the world says, Loose as to her ways of not preaching any discipline or holds any standards of Holiness, but the true virgin church of Christ, see “few there be that find it, and fear not little flock” she is a chaste holy virgin who is married to her husband! She bears his image, she has His Mind! She becomes one with Him! Glory unto The Lamb of God!
May God bless you with Revelation – Bro ty
Matt. 5:11-12 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
REV. 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
“Tree of life was in the very first church age to Overcomers”.
REV. 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Satan’s people love to live in dilusions
JOHN 15:18-25 ¶ If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. :
19. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
21. But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.
22. If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.
23.He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
24. If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25. But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

You gave a very simple answer to a question many will find hard to answer even though it is that simple. Gods gift is simple as well Repent your sins and be born again so that you may be saved John 3:3. People tend to complicate things and get confused. I think that’s why he loved children so, because we need to be childlike in our faith and then we can understand to keep things simple. Satan is the master of keeping us confused. Blessings
