Heaven Awaits 
No doubt American citizens would spend the money better than Washington politicians. They get a set salary, give themselves regular raises, have free insurance, … yet they end up being millionaires. How? They steal our money in shady deals like Fannie and Freddie. They are not responsible with tax money because it is not their money.
