Also, it says in the Bible that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. People who abuse their bodies by drinking, smoking, taking drugs and having tattoos (human graffiti) all over their bodies are not doing the right things and I wonder how God looks at them.
An old saying goes “you make your bed when you are young and you got to lye on it when you get older”. So what we do now affects us when we get older. 50% or more are people who have health problems are due to the way they have abused their own bodies..
It is important to be clean inside and outside of their bodies because we have to answer to God when we die. Regards
