Red Haired Woman and the Spider (Dream)

A woman has a spider laying eggs on her face.

Dream:
I am with a lot of people; who are about to go to this big event, except:
I don’t know if it is a wedding or a funeral.
It feels more like a funeral. lol
Everyone is a blur … but for this one woman:
· late 50s or 60s
· red hair and green eyes
· dressed in off-white clothes
· but what I notice (and everyone else) the most:
She has a tan spider the size of an average tarantula on her neck by her ear.
It is laying eggs!
She feels it and everyone tells her about it.

Sometimes she or someone else … would knock it down…. but she never did anything about the spider eggs.
The spider would just go back.
This woman had just about all the qualities I hate, but what was the most disturbing… to see this spider infesting her … and she acted as though it was nothing at all.

I can’t sleep after dreaming this one. lol

Biblically, a woman represents a nation (Babylon, Israel) or a religious group, like the Jews, Muslims or the church.
50 or 60 is about the age of the generation started when Israel became a nation again in 1948.
So it is your parent’s generation that is in power now.
Her spiritual status is infected, and the tarantula represents a dangerous health situation to her, and everyone she influences and affects.
It is reproducing near her ear because she is deaf to the truth, and listens to lies.
She believes the lies, and acts on her belief in those lies.
She also perpetuates the lies by doing nothing about the spider.
When the eggs hatch, she will die …….as she will be taken over by the spiders.

that is a very possible interpretation of the woman. america certainly has its spider eggs and garbage. I watched just a few minutes of the half time video for the superbowl, and it was awful. this is america now.
This dream is a warning to those on the web with a facebook account, with the spider representing the “bots” that collate all the idle chit-chat and personal information placed there, with the laying of eggs representing the propagation of that information to the surveillance and information agencies who collate it for monitoring purposes. The red hair represents the deadly red runescape spider indicative of the dangers of social media. I know this to be true because God told me in a dream next week…..as if time matters with God!..Well there you have it….another H/A fruitcake special with a few nuts thrown in….and no doubt too much cheese before going to bed! 🙂

I’m surprised at the “???” Marianne, 🙂 in view of the number of dreams cited on this website that were offered as evidence of some significant impending event, or believed to have a certain biblical relevance, only to amount to nothing. This of course is not intended to be mockery, or disrespectful to anyone having such dreams, but rather to illustrate the creative potential of the subconscious mind, for which we are all endowed with, particularly whilst asleep ( unconscious mind in this case). I have no doubt that God, by means of His spirit, communicates thoughts in this state, but the interpretation of dreams is an entirely different matter. We all have dreams that may be interpreted as being spiritually significant, and we all have the ability to attach specific meanings to dreams should it be our intent to do so.
The more we stimulate our imaginations in this way, the more able we are to contrive interpretations and meanings, but alas, how often are we right? This website bears witness to much condoned false prophesying, date setting, and fanciful thinking, and is defended when scripturally challenged, thereby bringing the credibility of this website into disrepute to some extent, in the minds of those who are cognizant of the dangers, consequences and error of such. And unless one happens to be Daniel, or Joseph, or perhaps has been given the gift of such interpretation of dreams by the Holy Spirit, it is best to not lead others down a road of what could simply be an incorrect assumption.
However, I would like to respond to what you say regarding, “the meaning of a message, vision or dream from God being readily apparent”.
I believe that there are many examples within Scripture, where either a Prophet, (or Apostle such as John within Revelation), even after having an explanation provided by an Angel, didn’t necessarily fully understand what it was that they were witnessing.

For instance, I found the following for “spider”:
“There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise.”
“The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in king’s palaces.”

As a child I did not like the spiders. However, I learned that they are very useful creatures with very few being poisonous.

I think he is referring to the “240 year” time loss said to be associated with the jewish calendar. I do not know if that is true, or if so, how accurate the 240 is. His year 5994 is less than the 6013 if using the 240. But the bottom line is that it is later than we think…

Father God knows the hearts and minds of man, for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. Therefore if Father God chooses to “draw or lead” someone to His Son, (John 6:44.), and that person believes that His Son died for their sins, and accepts Him as their Savior, then I am confident that God the Father would be able to comprehend that, and accept their positive response No Matter what language they may happen to speak.
What you are implying and have basically stated outright, is the Father God stumbles over earthly language, and cannot understand the intention or heart of man if not said in a specific manner. That is ludicrous.

IF your post was directed to me, I’ll answer your question here because I have to head out.
Well because every Messianic believer that I have ever spoken to, (those that are proficient in there own native language), pronounce the Name as Yeshua, and spell it with a Yod, Shin, Vav and Ayin.
It has been explained to me, that “Yeshua” is derived from “Yehoshua”, (or Joshua, who was a type of Yeshua, leading the children of Israel into the promised land), which also appears within Scripture in its shortened form as “Yeshua”, (1 Chronicles 24:11. and Nehemiah 8:17.).
If say a Chinese person asked me as to how to correctly pronounce a word in English, I would provide them with the correct pronunciation.
So if someone is proficient in Hebrew, and I ask the same, I will take what they have provided, (which have been many different individuals), as being truthful.
What I have a problem with is when someone says that the “mark of the beast” is the Greek languages Name Jesus Christ and the Cross that He shed His blood on.

For one thing, you have difficulty reading. Revelation 13:18 does not say, “that those that have wisdom will understand”. It states, “Here is wisdom, let him that has understanding”!

for one thing, I normally use YHVH which has no vowels.
Yahshua does make more sense than Yeshua, since it is consistent with other uses, as in Halleuyah, which has an “a” vowel sound used, instead of an “e”.

I offered up a prayer that God would reveal His truth to her and provide her with more, (some) accurate understanding. So I leave it in the Fathers hands.

I have always stated – Its your Char-acter or spirit that you are taking back to God who is the only Eternal fire after you die. If its Gods Character that was living in you then you had the “Image of Christ. If it is not in the Image of Christ you will die the 2nd. death. Which means you never did know Jesus Christ or the Spirit of God.
The Word says the Holy Ghost Seals you unto the day of your Redemption. Eph. 4:30 – Yes I believe Jesus Christ living in you is Eternal in Security. ONCE YOU ARE SEALED – Its the morphing of the Spirit, Soul, and Body. Into a perfect man. Being able to rightly divide between Light and Darkness.

Since we are discussing the name of God I will add my thoughts.
The Name “YHWH” Is Combined with the vowel sound of the Name “Adonai” and should be transliterated as YaHoWaH. Out of respect to the Holy Name of God, this combination was made. Many have suggested that the name of God is “Yahweh” But because these vowel sounds are Lost to us, It not known for certain. Most Hebrew scholars will say it is “Yahweh”.
Since we are discussing the Name of God, I believe that the prophets left a clue for us in scripture to know that name. This is theoretical of course, so please interact.
There is a Predicted name in the Old testament for the coming Messiah, which is often overlooked in the discussions on the Name that is above all names. This is ” tsemach” Meaning :
1) sprout, growth, branch
a) sprouting, growth, sprout
b) growth (of process)
c) sprout, shoot (of Messiah from Davidic tree)
This word is used 4 times as a prophecy of the proper name of the messiah.
Jeremiah 23:5, 33:15 and zec. 3:8, 6:12. In all four it is capitalized.
Now the name of God as revealed to Moses at the burning bush literally means “I am the one who is/will be” If we translate this to Hebrew, we get “Eyeh Asher Ehyeh” which is “I Am that Iam” Or “Hayah Hovah Ve’Yiyeh” Which means the “the One who was, the one who is, and the one who always shall be”. (Thanks to John Parsons on these translations, as I am no linguist). You should be able to see Yahovah in the second translation.
This is The name that John the Apostle uses for God throughout the book of revelation “The one who is, and was, and is to come” . Jesus revealed this name to The apostles in the upper room discourse, and in the high priestly prayer he expressly says this (John 17:26) “I made known to them your name”. This was done in the abscence of “Satan”/Judas. This intricately ties the name of God to Jesus himself. As he himself was,is, and is to come.
Now, Here is where the theoretical comes into play. If Yahowah is the combination of Adonai, and the tetragrammatron YHWH. And if we combine this word with the prophecied name of Jesus, Tsemach using its vowel sounds, We end up with “Yehwah”. Note the similarity to “Eyeh Asher Ehyeh”.
Jesus is “Yeshua”. Or is it “Yahoshua”
The greek for “The one who was, and is, and is to come” is “ho ōn kai ho ēn kai ho erchomenos”.
There are many possibilities here. All thoughts will be considered. I tend to lean to the “ea” combination, as the “aoa” combination was used to protect readers from saying the name of God vainly.

Though you addressed your post, “To all”, I will assume by its content that it is directly related to the questions that I posed to you above on February 7th. @ 1:53 am.
Above in your post dated February 7th. @ 1:32 am. addressed to 4yahshua, (but obviously directed to others here on the site), you appeared by what you had written, to agree and align yourself with what she had posted. Hence my questions to you.
Though 4yahshua would disagree completely with everything that you have posted above in respects to the Name “Jesus Christ”, (believing that this Greek rendition of the Name and the Cross itself are representative to the “mark of the beast”), she is as convinced as you are that she also possess the truth, and that those that don’t happen to believe the same as she does, are also stuck in the carnal mind.
Yet because some of us here defended the translated Greek Name “Jesus Christ”, as being the same as the transliterated Hebrew Name “Yeshua Messiah”, you make the remark that, “You, (she) are beating a dead horse here.” and that “They, (we) are happy living in a fantasy land.”
Then you commend her for her good work, (which is denying the Name Jesus Christ and the Cross, which again she believes is the number and mark of the beast), and then state that you will be praying for her, and her doctrine, (what I consider to be a ridiculous), with the hope that it may reach one or two of us?
Now, this may just be me personally, but if I were to approach a group of fellow believers with a possible belief or revelation, and no one agreed with me whatsoever, and instead substantiated their disagreement with Scriptural evidence to the contrary, I would probably reconsider my proposal rather than being arrogant enough to believe that I am the possessor of all of Father God’s knowledge.
4yahshua has not taken that into consideration. Instead it is apparent that she believes that she possesses all of Father God’s knowledge, and is therefore infallible.
Yeshua and Scripture states;
“But if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.” Matthew 18:16.
And
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:20.
Above 4yahshua stood alone because not one individual agreed with what she had to say.
Which in my opinion, is the same stance that you appear to have taken as well. Because the majority of us here have disagreed with what you believe, neither have you not accepted our right to do so, (and have simply resorted to name calling), but have also exalted your belief in yourself as she has.

We have seen the Alpha and We are livng the Omega and seeing it come to past – all of it. This generation will be judged harsher than the 6 middle ages.

Currently we are in the “Age of Grace”, (Acts 2:17., where Peter quotes Joel 2:28-32.). This Age continues today and has not fully come to fruition yet.
Though I am nowhere near as confident as I used to be regarding the timing or sequence of events that will take place, (this due to all that I experienced last year),
I still believe that this “Age of Grace” must come to an end, when the fullness of the gentiles has been reached, (Romans 11:25.).
It is my dearest hope and belief that at that time, Father God will look to His right, and say with great joy to our Lord and Savior Yeshua, the Most Worthy and Holy Lamb, “Go get them”!
Hence all of the verses that plead the same sentiment of Yeshua coming again. For if He was not coming again, (and that His coming was the same thing as the giving of the Spirit on Pentecost, or Shavu’ot, what sense do verses such as 1 Corinthians 4:5 make?
“Therefore judge nothing before the time, “UNTIL THE LORD COME”, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”

How ya doing buddy? Pray that you are well too.
Well it might be a short question, but to try to provide you with a satisfactory answer, it’s going to take a longer response. lol.
As you may have noticed, I don’t comment much anymore on the sequence of eschatological events. This is simply because after my experience, I don’t believe that the depth of Father God’s plan is fully understood by anyone in its entirety, and that too much is still sealed up as of yet. So I am concentrating on “watching and waiting” more, rather than expressing my view. (That is quite the shift, huh?)
Any way’s, to try and answer your question…..
Though in my opinion, there are numerous verses within Scripture that would express the same idea or connotation, lets just look at a few here to establish a starting point. The first thing that we would have to agree on, is that a shift in Ages actually took place.
In Jeremiah 31:31,33. Father God says that He will make a new covenant with Israel and Judah. One that will be different than the one He established when He lead them out of Egypt. He will do this out of His mercy, because the people continued to break this covenant over and over again as is expressed by every prophet within the Tanakh. He says that He will put His law in their inward parts, (their midst and seat of thought and emotion), and write it within their hearts, (heart, soul and mind of understanding). When He does this He says that He will be their God, and they will be His people.
In verse 34 He says, “I will forgive their iniquity, and remember their sin no more”.
Now, if we take what Peter said in Acts 2:17-21., when he quoted Joel 2:28-32., it does more than suggest that the giving of the Spirit on Shavu’ot would also correlate with Jeremiah 31:33. and that this New Covenant, (though not brought to fruition totally), has indeed been established and implemented.
If you agree with that, or just the fact that Yeshua’s death on the Cross established a New and Better Covenant, (Hebrews 8:6-13. and Hebrews 9:14-17.) then this would be considered to be in my opinion, the beginning of the “Age of Liberty and Grace”.
I base this, “Age of Grace” upon the following as well. Within the Greek language there are two words for the meaning of Grace. There is “χάρις”, or “charis” and “εὐπρέπεια”, or “euprepeia”, Strong’s 5485 and 2143 respectively. The latter “euprepeia” is only utilized once in Scripture within James 1:11.
In respects to the transliterated “charis”, John 1:14., states that the Word was made flesh and that He was full of Grace and Truth. “And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, [but] grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.” John 1:16,17.
Romans 1:5., “By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:”
Romans 3:24., “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”
Etc., etc.
Now because of Faith, we received the Spirit of Truth and Promise. Galatians 3:2 and 5., and we that follow Yeshua in Spirit and Truth, fulfill the law through the Spirit.
Romans 7:6., Romans 8:2 & 4., Galatians 5:18. The above all correlates back to, and ties in with, Jeremiah 31:31-33.
And through the Spirit we have “liberty”. 2 Corinthians 3:17., Galatians 5:1. etc. etc.
So by the above few examples, I hope that we would agree that a “New Covenant and Age of Grace” has been established. However you also ask, “How do I know that we are still in the “Age of Grace” and how will we know when it is over?”
I would say that the easiest way to confirm that we are still in the “Age of Grace” would be to see, if Father God is still drawing people to the truth of His Son or not.
Though I can’t provide you with any definitive statistics, I am aware that a huge revival is happening in China, which would suggest to me, that this “Age” is still currently in effect.
Regarding as to “how we will know when it’s over”? Well I have a couple of theories based upon “what is”, and “what isn’t” in Scripture.
In respects to “what is”, there is 1 Corinthians 15:24. Within the Greek there are ten (10) words that can be translated into the English “end” yet of which only three (3) could be defined as being say the “end”, as completely and definitively “finished”. These three would be the transliterated, “eschatos”, (Strong’s 2078), “synteleia”, (Strong’s 4930), and “synteleō”, (Strong’s 4931). However what was translated into the English “end” within 1 Corinthians 15:24., is the transliterated Greek “telos”, (Strong’s 5056), and it is defined as being, “1) end. a) termination, the limit at which a thing ceases to be (always of the end of some act or state, but NOT of the end of a period of time) b) the end. 1) the last in any succession or series. 2) eternal. c) that by which a thing is finished, its close, issue. d) the end to which all things relate, the aim, purpose.”
However, prior to this “Then comes the end”, or “the last in any succession or series of events”, Paul states in 1 Corinthians 15:23., “But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.”. This to me ties in with 2 Thessalonians 2:1-13., but is specifically relevant to verses “6 & 7” and the subject matter of the chapter itself, which is the “gathering together, or resurrection”.
(In respects to the “what isn’t”, I have posted studies before, (all over this site), regarding interesting topics such as, “that in the book of Revelation, not only is the Church or Assembly not mentioned, but the the “Holy Spirit” which is synonymous with the church, is also not mentioned within that same context”.)
I also believe that though much of the book of Revelation is written chronologically, that there are portions that should have been placed within parentheses as well, for I believe that they take place at different times than as to how they were recorded by John.
I believe that Revelation 10 would be one such chapter. I would recommend that you and others do an in depth study of this particular chapter, utilizing the etymology, and definitions of the Greek root words within the verses and see what you discover. For I believe that the Angel is referring to Yeshua, and that not only is a acceptance and divorcement discussed, but also an “end of a particular Age of time”.
Can I say definitively that I am correct with all of this? Hardly. Father God knows though, and I trust in Him and His Son my Savior explicitly. But I do hope that this in some way, answered your question bro.

I have to agree with you regarding revelation 10 Being the time frame of the end of the age of grace, as verses 6,7 state…clearly. But verse 7 also puts the passage in the context of the seventh trumpet call which is mentioned in the next Chapter.
So I guess what I am asking is; How do you see this fitting in with the rest of the book of revelation, if you think it is out of chronological Order?
As for this angel being Yeshua, the similarities are striking, But the word translated “another” in verse 1 indicates another angel/ created being as the other six angels blowing trumpets are. This at least is the implied “another” which the list points to. I guess if you can satisfactorily answer where this passage belongs, then perhaps this points to Jesus, though it would be hard to Imagine, as the word “allos” refers to another of the same kind?
But Yes, your conclusion is spot on, that this marks the end of the age of grace. I know I have my timeline of events, and you have yours, and at times it seems as if they do not always meet, But on this point, they do.

Well, I could attempt to answer the questions that you pose below in there entirety, but feel a hesitation to do so?
For one I could be completely wrong with my premise. I mean who am I?
And secondly because of this feeling of hesitation I will follow that, and will instead offer up some questions of my own to you and others, which if you do your own Spirit filled study, you may discover your own answers to.
First, I believe that it is safe to say, that John, like all of those before him that had seen Visions and had encounters with the Living God, was probably quite dumbfounded, and couldn’t fully comprehend a heck of a lot in respects to what they were witnessing.
And as well there is this aspect to consider, “How were these Visions formatted?”
I mean was John stationary and merely watching things unfold directly in front of him, (as we for example might watch a movie)? Or were things unfolding all around him simultaneously, as they do in life here and now as we know it?
If it was the former above, then the Book would indeed be chronological as recorded. However if the latter was the case, the visions could have been recorded in the order in which John perceived and actually viewed them. I realize that no one could possibly answer this, but it is something that we have to take into consideration.
Now, regarding your question about the Angel of Rev. 10 being Yeshua. I can’t say with any certainty one way or the other, no one can.
Much of the information regarding Rev. 10 was sealed up. However with that said, here are my questions to you, (assuming first, that the Angel that John saw, was/is Yeshua Himself).
1) Is it possible that Rev. 1 through 6, are the culmination of a single event all on its own?
(That verse 6 is stating that one Age has been completed, (as 1 Corinthians 15:24. implies by utilizing the word “telos”), and that another Age is to now begin?
Verse 7 does not necessarily say that this event “occurs” during the time of the “days of the voice of the seventh angel”, what it says is , “But, (nevertheless, notwithstanding), in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.”
Or in other words, though this event will happen, (Rev. 1-6.), it is not the “end” for in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, [then] the mystery of God should be finished.”
2) In doing a word study of verse 2, is there evidence of a acceptance and divorce?
(ie; (echō – 2b.), (cheir – 2d., root words, cheimōn – 1a. and chasma – 1.), (biblaridion and its root, biblion – 2a. and its root, biblos…. Lambs scroll of life?), (tithēmi – 2a. and 3b.), (dexios – 2a. and its root, dechomai – 1. 1a. 2. 2a. 2b. etc.), (pous – 1b.), (thalassa but more specifically its root, hals.), (de – replace “and” with “but”.), (euōnymos – 1a. and its root word, onoma – 4. and its root, ginōskō…. re; Matthew 7:23.).
3) I believe that there is the possibility that this event occurs simultaneously with Rev. 4:1.
But who knows? I could be completely off my nut here regarding all of the above! I mean it has been a rather interesting year, and I’m not quite sure as to what to make of it. lol. I am looking forward to see what happens on Shavu’ot though.
All I do know for certain, is that Father God is Sovereign and that He knows what He is going to do. And that Yeshua is our Most Holy and Precious Savoir and knows who are truly His. So I am just watching and waiting, to see how it all unfolds and maintaining my total trust in the Rock of my foundation.

He Said this while standing on the Beginning side when the church did not have billions of Christians so called. Speaking of Paul, within 2 Corinthians 1:12 – 14., there is a very pertinent statement, Paul says, “Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, in the holiness and sincerity that are from God. We have done so not according to worldly wisdom but according to God’s grace. “For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand.” And I hope that, as you have understood us in part, you will come to understand fully that you can boast of us just as we will boast of you in the day of the Lord Jesus.” NIV.
Did you catch that?
“For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand.”
The epistles from the Apostles to the various churches were written to teach them plainly, as to how a believer should follow Yeshua. They are not meant to be taken in such a spiritualized context, but rather more of a literal one. As I have said before, most of these people were poor and uneducated and couldn’t begin to fathom interpretations like you try to present.
Many of us here simply believe that Yeshua is coming again, (very soon), and that there is so much more for us to look forward to.
Simply let us believe in that blessed hope.

Plain as can be. You can take this literally – Paul is making this a Known fact the Heavenly Jerusalem was alive and well in His day.

Ahh yes, the above would be a perfect example of neglecting to take into consideration, the surrounding narrative to establish the correct context.
Paul had just finished expounding on the importance of Faith within Hebrews 11:30-40, therefore, in the beginning of this particular chapter, (12), Paul is now reaffirming this importance in maintaining Faith, by repenting and abstaining from sin, and running this race that is before us with perseverance and endurance, and keeping our hearts focused upon Yeshua as the originator and perfector of our Faith.
Paul then discusses the discipline of Father God, (verse’s 3-11), and starts off by asking the readers and hearers of this epistle, to consider first as to what lengths Yeshua went to for them, before they themselves should perhaps become discouraged, (since they, like Yeshua, had not resisted sin to the point of bloodshed as He had done).
Paul then quotes Proverbs 3:11,12. to establish his point as having a Scriptural basis. He then proceeds by stating that if you endure this Godly discipline, (not flee from, but hold fast and maintain your Faith), then God will consider you as a son. However, if you are not put through these trials from God, (which all that are true sons will be partakers of, or if you lose your Faith during them), then you are considered to be illegitimate and not truly sons.
Paul then utilizes the analogy of a human Father and son relationship to drive home his point, and does more than suggest that if we respected our human Fathers for disciplining us for our own good, shouldn’t we offer that much more respect to God the Father when He does it. For though while going through these trials they may not be a pleasant experience, the ensuing result for those that accept and endure them are beneficial and they produce righteousness.
In verses 12:12-17., Paul basically tells the readers to “pull up their socks”! “Man up!” “Why so glum chum?” Accept the fact that this will occur and that it is for your benefit. Be peaceful and holy no matter what is occurring in your life, because if you don’t, then people won’t be able to see the glory of the Lord in you.
If you become bitter, and lose your Faith during these trials, you will fall short of the Grace of God, become defiled, and could lose your birthright. Paul then utilizes the analogy of Esau to again drive home his point.
Now we come to the verses quoted above, Hebrews 12:18-24.
So what is the context?
The subject it still regarding God the Fathers discipline and enduring that discipline by maintaining ones Faith.
So what does Paul continue to say to substantiate as to why one should endure this discipline?
“You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm; to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them, because they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned.” The sight was so terrifying that Moses said, “I am trembling with fear.”
But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.” NIV.
Now by saying this, is Paul speaking literally or figuratively?
In a sense I believe it to be both.
If I were to use and analogy I would utilize this for an example. If a woman is pregnant, then “yes”she indeed possesses life within her. However the fulness of that gestation period has not come to fruition until the actual birth takes place.
The translated English, “you have come” that is used in verse 22, is derived from the Greek “προσέρχομαι” transliterated as “proserchomai”, (Strong’s 4334).
It is defined as meaning, “1) to come to, approach. 2) draw near to. 3) to assent to.”
If Paul was actually being only literal with the above, he would have utilized the Greek “παραβάλλω”, transliterated as “paraballō”, (Strong’s 3846), which would denote within its definitions the aspect of “arrive” or reaching ones destination. ( “1) to throw before, cast to (as fodder for horses). 2) to put one thing by the side of another for the sake of comparison, to compare, liken. 3) to put one’s self, betake one’s self into a place or to a person.”)
Therefore Paul was using the analogy of these verses to demonstrate the distinction between the glory of the Old Covenant as opposed to the more Glorious New Covenant.
This can not only be confirmed by what is stated within the very next verses, (25-29), but also by what is stated, confirms that we have not attained what has been utilized as an analogy above, (verses 18-24) yet.
These verses, (25- 29), again with the context being relevant to both God the Fathers discipline and that of maintaining ones Faith during that discipline, state;
See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”
(Paul clarifies his intention with the following)
The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken–that is, created things–so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” NIV.
Notice as well, Paul states in verse 28, “since we are receiving a kingdom”, rather than we “have or already attained a kingdom” above. This would be an accurate translation to the transliterated Greek word “paralambanō”, for if Paul had actually meant that we “have or actually possess” this at this time, there are numerous other Greek words that he could have utilized to express exactly that.

“A Testimony of the Haiti Earthquake”
As I listened to many testimonies in Haiti about the time of the earthquake all of them were amazing how the Lord delivered so many within the Message people. I listened to one that really established my faith. When I heard this one I thought, “Yes, this is everything that I’ve tried to tell the believers”.
“Testimony” – Our Brother Sadrac was in the earthquake and right in the center of the most damage. He has a home and a church that are side by side connected on one side of the street and a school house for the children on the other side of the street.
The earthquake struck and he and some of the women were up on the roof of the house, (the roofs are outside living quarters for many in Haiti). When the earthquake struck the buildings all over, as far as he could see, began to shake and fall beneath the great pressures of the earth ripping apart. In just a few seconds chaos was everywhere and he was hearing loud explosions, cracking, tearing, and ripping, and the house was jerking and slamming backwards and forth forcefully.
He could hardly stand up as it slung him backwards and forth. He quickly realized what was going on and slammed his foot hard upon the house top while crying out with a loud voice, “Stop your shaking in the name of Jesus Christ”, and he cried again to the top of his voice, “I said stop right now.” The house immediately stopped and he pointed to the church and the school and cried with a loud voice, “Stop shaking now, you can’t fall.”
The Sisters that were on the roof top with him ran screaming and were going to jump off the roof top from two stories high. As they were running he turned and cried with a loud voice, “STOP RUNNING, STAND STILL, GOD IS OUR PROTECTOR” and they stopped just before jumping and stood waiting. In a few minutes it was all over and destruction was all around them, complete total destruction. The house, the Church and the school were not harmed and the devastation passed over them.
When He is needed, He is inside you and will perform. They are now living among a people in great distress financially and materially and God has kept them all the way through.
Its great power that is inside us now. Time and time again I hear and know that He has taken action in a situation. Fear not little flock for yours is the Kingdom of God. We don’t open the Red Sea every day. We don’t call down Fire from Heaven every day, we don’t create fish and bread every day, but when we need to perform He will perform it in us. MY GOD WILL KEEP ME AND I WILL SERVE HIM ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE.

I would agree with Marianne’s interpretation for the most part. The “woman’ does represent “the whore of babylon” which is the false church that has arisen simultaneously along side the true “church” of the Lord Jesus Christ. The spider is representative of the deadly poison that this false woman “babylon” has taught many in the false churches, which do not represent the truth of Jesus Christ. What is bizarre, providential or mere coincidence (are there any coincidences with the things of God?) is, that what brought me to this website was some research I was doing on the “web” about the topic of “Jezebel”. Kinda funny. I was prompted to do this research because I had been praying about an individual and situation which had to do with, of all things: spiders. Specifically, black widow spiders.
I really feel that God laid on my heart that there is a connection between spiders or a “spider spirit” and Jezebel or the Jezebel spirit. So I went to look it up. And lo and behold, you feature this dream about a woman with a spider on her face. And, you also have other articles on this blog about the “jezebel spirit”. Interesting.
Oh btw, the individual I had been praying about whom I feel, actually has a Jezebel spirit, has red hair. LOL. Again, rather funny.
After reading your dream, perhaps there is even a bigger truth God is trying to convey to me about Jezebel, besides my own personal situation.

To answer your question about the two “falls”: it appears to me, that my analysis/understanding seems to conflict with a lot of other spiritual understanding I have read about via the internet, but I am glad you concur
with the two “falls’ of babylon…so many seem to miss this.
I just believe that God has laid out scripture so precisely that every word /scripture has meaning- so this idea about babylon’s two falls is a very important one that the Lord does not want us to overlook.
With that said, my feeling right now (which, given more information can be subject to change) is, we are about to see a “fall” of some magnitude that will somehow cripple babylon headquarters monetarily (which I believe is the USA). By cripple, I mean that most of the financial analysts are predicting an economic crash of some sort, to bring about a change to our monetary system, how it functions etc.
Perhaps a new type of currency will be introduced instead of the dollar. A currency that incorporates all of North America (ie- the USA, Canada, and Mexico) to be more of a global type of monetary exchange similar to the Euro- I’m not a financial analyst, so I don’t know the specifics, but this appears to be where we are headed in the very near future. A global economy. The 10 nation confederacy, Daniel’s 10 toes of the beast system, (Dan 2:31-35, 40-45; 7:7-8, 19-24) which will all operate in cooperation of each other to bring about the rise of the Beast person, the Antichrist/man of sin.
However, we have to keep in mind, that babylon headquarters is not completely destroyed until the near end (Rev 18). That is the second and final “fallen” of babylon.But until that happens, we as a nation, the USA, will still function as a nation. A nation that is less sovereign and autonomous which includes linking up with Mexico, Canada in some expanded capacity IMO.
My feeling is we are about to get “wounded”, as in, recieve a fatal wound of some sort referenced in Rev13:3:

but then, we come back, having been “healed” of the wound we recieve as a nation. It appears there are a number of scenarios at play of just “how” we are actually “wounded”.
I think the coasts will be affected, ie: tsunami’s/earthquakes similar to what Japan experienced in 2011 on both west/east coasts, and, in the middle of the nation,a major earthquake aka: the new madrid fault zone. That is what they have been telling us will happen thru multiple articles, news presentations and so forth.. In what order will these events happen? That is very hard to tell.
But, I do not think we will be completely destroyed, contrary to what many are predicting. That’s where they are wrong I feel. It may be a “deadly wound” we recieve, but it will not completely wipe us out. And so many are saying the opposite. They say we will be wiped out as a nation.I do not buy that. Scripture disagrees with that summation.
The Beast nation is wounded but is then healed. It’s not an individual that recieves the “deadly wound” but a beast nation out of which a Beast person ( the Antichrist)will rise up out of.
I think this Beast person will rise AS A RESULT of our nation’s “woundi ng. The wounding sets the stage, the right environment FOR the Beast to rise. Makes sense right? Once we have been wounded as a nation, we and the world will be looking for a “savior” to help solve the mess we got ourselves into….
And this is where the beast man-of-sin steps in with an ingenious plan to solve the world’s woes…

I think the red headed (scarlet) woman (rev 18)represents the FALSE church, the whore, the whore of babylon that has an “appearance” of godliness, but denies the power, ie :the Holy Spirit, of God.
The spider is the “poison”, the sin, the false teachings, that is embraced by this whore, that is then promoted all over the world. This has been happening for a while. The world has been poisoned with a false “religion” of christianity that looks nothing like Jesus Christ.
Because true christianity is not a “religion”. It is a “relationship” WITH God through the Holy Spirit of God, made possible by the shedding of the holy blood of Jesus Christ.

Are you asking about the beast as a nation or as an individual?
I believe the beast person ( the Antichrist) will come “out of” babylon (USA), but once babylon is finally destroyed,the beast will then go to Jerusalem and rule from there for his short alloted time.
But perhaps before that, he makes a stop in Europe to consolidate his power becoming “head’ of the world…that’s just speculation on my part,because I haven’t thought this part through enough, but once the USA is finally destroyed, he’s gotta go somewhere…
P.S. I very strongly DO NOT believe the Beast will be a muslim….or come from a arabic country. But that’s me. I think the Beast will come out of present day babylon headquarters, the USA. I think we have seen him but he hasn’t been “revealed” in his role as the beast…yet. I give it a couple more years.

Ok, I’ll try….thanks, you are making me put my thoughts to print…ideas I have had on this subject…ok, Daniel talks about a fourth beast kingdom….
Daniel 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
My personal opinion is the fourth “beast” will be the “fourth reich”…just a continuation of what Hitler started in Germany, but then was brought here to the US. The fourth reich, the NWO, is the fourth and “final” kingdom that Daniel saw.

I think this fourth and final beast will be a conglomeration of all the other previous beast kingdoms but yet different because it will be in total control of the world.
From scripture, it’s tells us that the ten kings, of the ten nations all give their power to this final beast..
Rev 12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet rceived a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. 13″These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
so really, the NWO is not part of any one nation but will control all the nations, which the Antichrist Beast will be the head of….is that making sense?
Thinking along the lines of the UN…it’s “in” the USA but yet is not a part of the USA…it’s of a ruling authority unto itself

where do you see germany or europe predominating in all these maps? they all look like Islamic countries of today…. the NWO is confined to these areas?

Not sure I understand your question but I don’t see any of these ancient countries factoring into what the final “beast ” kingdom is, which, after thinking about it, could be the UN (a conglomeration of countries new and old all gathered together under one roof and “ruled’ by one world leader, the Antichrist.All those nations you mentioned, the Leopard, the bear and lion are all represented at the UN….which could be a final Beast kingdom all unto itself.
I think the Antichrist will rule from there until the US is destroyed. Then he goes to Jerusalem I suppose.

daniel identified specific kingdoms with each animal…each kingdom was a specific land area….so today, those exact areas are still there, and the “kings” could easily assemble into one empire again as a composite beast…that was my point.
