Dream about Soldiers and Evacuation – Dream 6

A crowd is evacuated by soldiers, while some hide with provisions they have stored.

–

Foreign soldiers are moving a crowd of people out of a town. They are dressed in long coats.

I see the soldiers also carrying a heavy box shaped metal object. I am not sure what that is. 

Maybe they are removing an object they found, and are taking it with them.

The buildings are made of stone, and there is a bridge that is slanted and going uphill also made of stone.

I look over the bridge.

The buildings and bridge look a little like this, but I do not remember water under the bridge. More like grass under there.

The bridge was not straight across, but inclined upward like this:

So to cross the bridge, you would be going uphill.

I am not sure if the buildings were 3 stories high or not, but they just seemed narrow and high from the street.

The people are dressed for cool weather, long sleeves or light jackets.

Some have practiced, including me, laying on back and sliding secretly into an opening to a room or sheltered area that has provisions.

It seems like it is time to hide from the soldiers.

Most people are traveling along in the streets, going in the same direction.

The soldiers are directing them out of town or to a certain location.

My impression is that people are cooperating because there is some “emergency,” and there is no food, so they are going to where they are told there will be food.

But where they are going will not really be safe for them.
